    摘要: The present invention provides a charged particle beam apparatus capable of preventing the charging-up of the specimen without using a large-scale facility. A scanning electron microscope 100 illuminates a specimen 21 with a charged particle beam via a charged particle optical system arranged in a column. According to the present invention, the scanning electron microscope 100 has a charge preventive member 110 disposed between the objective lens 14 and the specimen 21. The charge preventive member 110 has an electrically conductive portion and an opening 113 to transmit the charged particle beam. The charge preventive member 110 is formed so as to partly cover the charged particle optical system when viewed from the charged particle beam irradiation spot on the specimen. In addition, the charge preventive member 110 has gas inflow paths 114 and 115 formed therein. These gas inflow paths have gas injection outlets 116 formed to inject gas toward the charged particle beam irradiation spot on the specimen.

    摘要: A hub unit with a sensor comprises a hub unit 1 including a body-side raceway member 3, a wheel-side raceway member 4 and two rows of rolling elements 5, and a sensor device 2. The sensor device 2 includes a magnetostrictive sensor 8 for detecting the inverse magnetostrictive effect, and the magnetostrictive sensor 8 is mounted to the body-side raceway member 3 so as to be capable of measuring the tensile strain in the uppermost part of an inner wheel 17 of the wheel-side raceway member 4. From the output of the magnetostrictive sensor 8, the tire grounding load and the rotational velocity are detected.

    摘要: An ECU for determining whether a request for acceleration is made to a supercharged internal combustion engine includes an acceleration request determining unit that determines whether a pressure difference between the upstream pressure and downstream pressure of a throttle valve disposed in an intake system is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, and determines that a request for acceleration is made when the pressure difference is equal to or smaller than the predetermined value. The ECU also includes a variable valve actuating mechanism control unit that controls an InVVT and an ExVVT so that the intake charging efficiency and output torque of the engine become equal to the maximum intake charging efficiency and output torque at a certain downstream pressure when the acceleration request determining unit determines that a request for acceleration is made.

Additionally, constant velocity joints which are provided on the power transmission path to the rear wheels are configured to have a smaller torque transmission capacity and a smaller size than those of constant velocity joints which are provided on the power transmission path to the front wheels.

    摘要: An endoscope 10 comprises an insert portion 30 having outer tubing 35, a light guide 31, an image guide 32 and an objective optical member 33. Peripheral side surfaces of these components 31,32,33,35 adjacent to each other are bonded together by an adhesive 36 at a distal end portion of the insert portion 30. The adhesive 36 contains fine particles 36b comprising a roentgenopaque material such as Pt or Au. The adhesive 36 fills among optical fibers 31a inside the light guide 31, thereby roentgenopaque property is conferred not only among the above-mentioned components 31,32,33,35 at the distal end of the insert portion 30 but also on the inside of the light guide 31. This enables the distal end of the endoscope 10 to be traced with X-rays without enhancing the diameter of the insert portion 30. Therefore, the endoscope 10 can easily be inserted into human small vessels such as blood vessels.
