摘要: A rotor structure comprising a rotor coil for generating a magnetic flux, a pole core which covers the rotor coil and consists of a first pole core body and a second pole core body, each having a plurality of claw-like magnetic poles which are mated with each other, magnets provided on both sides of each of the claw-like magnetic pole for suppressing the leakage of a magnetic flux between adjacent claw-like magnetic poles, and reinforcements for holding the magnets in such a manner that the magnets are inclined so that the interval between the magnets becomes larger on the outer side than on the inner side. This rotor structure can reduce centrifugal force applied to the magnets.

摘要: An automotive alternator comprises a voltage regulator case molded from insulating resin in which a connector portion, a circuit housing portion for housing a circuit portion of a voltage regulator and a condenser housing portion are integrally formed, in which conductors are insert-molded to form connecting terminals for electric connection to the outside and internal wiring paths, and on which a heat sink for cooling the circuit portion of the voltage regulator is disposed so as to cover an opening of the circuit housing portion, the voltage regulator case being disposed on same plane as a rectifier which intersects the axial center of the shaft at a right angle so as to surround the shaft at one end of the shaft, wherein the connector portion, the circuit housing portion and the condenser housing portion of the voltage regulator case are arranged circumferentially such that the axial direction of the connector portion, the longitudinal direction of cooling fins of the heat sink and the longitudinal direction of the condenser housing portion each point towards the axial center of the shaft.

摘要: A rotor for an automotive alternator comprises a cylindrical bobbin fitted over the base portions of a pair of field cores having a cylindrical portion, a pair of first and second annular flange portions projecting perpendicularly from both ends of the cylindrical portion, a recessed groove disposed at an angle to the radial direction in the inner wall of the first flange portion, and an anchor portion disposed on an outer circumferential portion of the first flange portion in close proximity to the outer circumferential end of the recessed groove; and a field winding having a circular cross-section, the starting portion of which is wound around the anchor portion and housed in the recessed groove, then drawn from the inner circumferential end of the recessed groove onto the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion of the bobbin, and additionally wound a predetermined number of turns into multiple layers on the cylindrical portion of the bobbin, at least one portion of the field winding excluding the prewind portion and the postwind portion being formed with a rectangular cross-section.

摘要: A vehicle alternator includes a case having a pair of brackets placed back-to-back, in which ribs are disposed, which define ventilation windows (29; 74) in a bracket body. The ribs serve as heat passage members (54, 60; 73), which have higher thermal conductivity than the bracket body and are partially embedded in the bracket body. Therefore, heat resistance in the heat transfer passage between the stator and the ventilation windows is reduced, and heat generated by the stator is expelled efficiently from the ventilation windows to the outside air, and the temperature of the stator can be reduced.

摘要: A power semiconductor module includes: a plurality of first metal plates arranged in the same planar state; a power semiconductor chip mounted on the first metal plate; and an overbridge-shaped second metal plate which is composed of bridge frame sections and leg sections that support the bridge frame sections, the leg sections being for appropriately performing solder bonding between electrodes of the power semiconductor chips and between the electrode of the power semiconductor chip and the first metal plate, the power semiconductor module being configured by a resin package in which these members are sealed with electrically insulating resin. In the power semiconductor module, the solder bonding section of the leg section is formed in a planar shape by bending process and is provided at a position lower than the bridge frame section.
