    摘要: Disclosed is a binder, which comprises polymer particles obtained by polymerization of: (a) 1˜80 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer; (b) 1˜20 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer; and (c) 0.001˜40 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer, based on 100 parts by weight of the binder polymer, and which allows electrode active material particles capable of lithium intercalation/deintercalation to be fixed and linked among themselves, and between the particles and a collector. An electrode comprising the binder, and a lithium secondary battery having the electrode are also disclosed. Further, a method for evaluating interrelation between wettability of a binder to an electrolyte and quality of a battery comprising the binder is disclosed. The binder shows excellent adhesion as well as excellent wettability to an electrolyte, and thus can improve rate characteristics and lifespan characteristics of a battery, when used in an electrode for a lithium secondary battery.

    摘要: An optical transceiver for transmitting light source control information, which is applied to a Subcarrier Multiplexing optical network, is disclosed. The optical transceiver includes a controller, an SCM frame generation/restoring unit, a modulator/demodulator, and an EO/OE converter. The controller controls transmission of light source control information or collects received light source control information. The SCM frame generation/restoring unit generates an SCM frame containing light source control information received from the controller. The modulator/demodulator modulates an SCM frame generated by the SCM frame generation/restoring unit into a signal suitable for transmission. The EO/OE converter converts a transmission signal modulated by the modulator/demodulator into an optical signal and transmits the optical signal through an optical fiber. An optical network having a telephone office OLT and subscriber ONTs, each having the optical transceiver, is also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for channel equalization and method thereof, by which a digital signal received via a plurality of antennas is equalized. The present invention includes receiving digital transmission signals using a plurality of antennas, respectively, initializing equalizer coefficients and equalizing the received signals respectively, adding the equalized signals together, predicting a noise amplified in the equalizing step, and generating a final output signal by removing the predicted noise from a value resulting from adding the equalized signals together. Therefore, the present invention performs equalization using a plurality of antennas, thereby enhancing the signal to noise ratio of the final output and facilitating the equalization of the severely distorted channel.

    摘要: Channel Equalization of a digital TV is disclosed. In channel equalization for restoring an original signal from a digital TV reception signal having passed through a channel, the present invention includes estimating an impulse response of the channel from a received signal having passed through the channel using conjugate-gradient algorithm, finding an equalizer coefficient in a frequency domain using the estimated impulse response of the channel, outputting a signal equalized by multiplying a signal resulting from transforming the received signal into the frequency domain by the found equalizer coefficient, and predicting to remove an amplified noise of the equalized signal using the conjugate-gradient algorithm in a time domain. Accordingly, the variation of the channel impulse response according to time can be tracked in the dynamic channel having fast channel variation as well as the static channel, whereby equalizing performance can be enhanced.
