摘要: A separation unit (10) of a label printer includes a metal nip roller shaft (11), a resin nip roller (12) disposed at a center part of the nip roller shaft and is supported so as to be rotatable around the nip roller shaft, and resin supporters (13) that support both ends of the nip roller shaft. The separation unit (10) is attached to the body case (2) to be relatively movable between the normal ejection position and the separation ejection position. Each of the pair of supporters has a part protruding toward the nip roller, and this part is a roller holder (13d) to insert an end of the nip roller shaft. The roller holder and the supporter are integrally formed for enhanced strength of the supporter.

摘要: The present invention relates to a peeling bar, apparatus, and method for peeling a polarizing film from a panel. This invention can minimize friction between the peeling bar and the polarizing film since the peeled polarizing film is in contact with a front part of the peeling bar. The radius of a curved surface at the tip of the front part and an inclined upper surface of the front part are designed to minimize the Z-axis component of a shearing force applied to the polarizing film. Also, in order to equalize tension applied to the polarizing film in a peeling process, this invention makes both ends of the polarizing film closely adhere to the peeling bar. According to this invention, fracture of the polarizing film is prevented, and thereby the polarizing film can be stably peeled from the panel without fracture.

摘要: A printer includes a printing head, a take-up driving device, a take-up amount detecting portion, a constant torque control device, and a switching control portion. The take-up driving device drives a take-up portion for taking up at least a part of layers of the recording medium fed by a feeder on an outer circumference part and forming a roll. The take-up amount detecting portion detects a take-up amount by the take-up portion. The constant torque control device performs constant torque control that sets a driving torque of the take-up driving device to a constant value corresponding to an input command value. The switching control portion switches the command value in stages in accordance with an increase in the take-up amount detected by the take-up amount detecting portion associated with an advancement of the take-up by the take-up portion.

摘要: An interfolder separator apparatus and method utilize a pair of count fingers that are movable longitudinally along and transversely to a stream of folded sheets, for temporarily supporting each successive pack formed by the separator and then releasing each successive pack when partly completed to alternating build fingers, so that the operation of separating successive packs from one another is performed separately from the operations of completing the build of each pack and transporting the completed packs to downstream operations. The count fingers may be mounted to pivot about axes that are movable longitudinally along and transversely to the stream of sheets. A first or last panel of the completed pack may also be folded back partly upon itself, after the partly completed pack is released by the count fingers. Some or all of the fingers may be spring loaded and automatically resettable for clearing jams.

摘要: An adhesive tape situated near an edge of a glass board with a protection film pasted on both surfaces thereof, and a stripping head that presses an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape toward the glass board, are provided. An actuator is provided that separates the adhesive tape adhering to the edge of protection film from the surface of the glass board and that strips a part of the protection film from the glass board. A film chuck device is provided that holds the stripped edge of the protection film, and the protection film held by the film chuck device is pulled off by driving the glass board by a roller conveyor.

摘要: A portion of a paper guide member (5) formed of single thin elongated plate bent at two or three places in the middle section thereof is inserted into a gap in a joint between two components (4, 2) located upstream and downstream along a paper path, formed in the vicinity of a paper discharging slot (3) of a printer, and another portion of the paper guide member (5) is left in the paper path. The portion left in the paper path is held in a position protruding into the paper path with respect to the downstream component (2) so as to guide the recording paper to be ejected toward the paper discharging slot (3).
