Abstract:
A floor covering formed by a plurality of panels each having two opposite edges arranged to couple adjacent panels to each other. The coupling parts include a tongue and a groove, as well as locking parts preventing the drifting apart of two such adjacent panels. A separately manufactured insert is provided between at least two of the coupled panels, and the tongue and groove. The insert comprises at least two portions functioning as fixed spacing elements with a first portion between the upper side of the tongue and the lower side of the upper lip, and a second portion between the locking parts.
Abstract:
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system including a tongue with rocker arms that allows locking by a vertical turning motion.
Abstract:
Floor panels (1b, 1c) are shown which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising a tongue with rocker arms that allows locking by a vertical turning motion.
Abstract:
Floor panels are provided with a mechanical locking system including a flexible locking element in a locking groove, which during a horizontal motion is displaced vertically.
Abstract:
The locking element for quadrangular plate-shaped panels having an insertion portion for insertion into a locking groove provided in the longitudinal direction of an edge of a first panel and a locking portion for engagement into a latching recess of an undercut configuration provided in a laid configuration of the panels in an opposite edge of a second panel and extending in the longitudinal direction of the edge and in opposite relationship to the locking groove. The locking portion includes a resilient latching tongue which during assembly of the two panels is automatically latchable into the latching recess into a latching position. The locking element has an anchor and the locking element can be captively anchored by the anchor with its insertion portion in the locking groove. A method for locking the panels and mounting the panels is also enclosed
Abstract:
Floor panel, with a horizontally and vertically active locking system allowing that two of such floor panels can be connected to each other at said sides by providing one of these floor panels, by means of a downward movement, in the other floor panel; wherein the vertically active locking system comprises a locking element in the form of an insert; wherein this locking element comprises at least a pivotable lock-up body; characterized in that the pivotable lock-up body comprises a support portion which is rotatable against a support surface pertaining to the floor panel concerned, and more particularly in a seat.
Abstract:
A set of panels for covering floors, ceilings or walls is disclosed. Specifically, sets of panels including a plurality of panels joined with a mechanical locking at their adjacent edges. Each of the panels includes at least two pairs of parallel side edges. When the panels are installed in rows, the adjacent edges of two adjacent panels in one row are locked to one another and the adjacent panels of the adjacent rows are locked to one another. Locking provides connecting while preventing movement spacing the locked panels apart in a direction perpendicular to the coupled side edges by a translation in the plane of the bottom surface of the panels, and preventing movement spacing the locked panels apart in a direction perpendicular to the coupled side edges by a translation in a plane perpendicular to the bottom surface of the panels.
Abstract:
A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.

Abstract:
A panel may include a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer may include a printed motif provided on a paper sheet and a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer. The paper sheet may be impregnated with polyurethane or polyisocyanate. The synthetic material of the transparent or translucent synthetic material layer may be polyurethane.
