    摘要: To obtain a second assembly, first, an outer ring and first roller cassette of a first assembly are supported by a first support tool and a hub wheel of the first assembly is supported by a second support tool, and then the second support tool is moved upward, so that a roller support surface of the second support tool is introduced to the inside of the first roller cassette in the radial direction. Then, after a first seal member is attached to the outer ring, the second support tool is moved downward in accordance with the re-insertion of a cylindrical portion of the hub wheel into the inner periphery of the outer ring, so that a first inner raceway surface is inside of the first roller cassette in the radial direction while the roller support surface is ejected to the lower side of the first roller cassette.

    摘要: A bearing assembly includes at least first, second and third raceway elements that are each separable from each other and at least first, second and third rows of truncated-cone-shaped rolling elements. The first and second raceway elements are disposed side-by-side in an axial direction of the bearing assembly and oppoe the third raceway element in a radial direction of the bearing assembly. The first and second rows of rolling elements are disposed between the first raceway element and the third raceway element and the third row of rolling elements is disposed between the second raceway element and the third raceway element. The rolling elements of the first and second rows commonly roll on a first raceway of the third raceway element and the rolling elements of the third row roll on a second raceway of the third raceway element, which is not parallel to the first raceway.

    摘要: In a sealed rolling bearing for use in an environment where a large amount of water is splashed and the internal pressure of the bearing becomes negative, a ratio of the difference between an outer diameter of a seal sliding contact surface of an inner race and an inner diameter of a seal lip of an elastic seal member in its natural state to a diameter of a roll neck portion (shaft) on which the inner race is fitted is in the range of 0.27 to 0.40%. This provides reduced frictional heat generation of the seal lip and adequate pressing force applied to the seal lip, thus securing excellent seal performance without requiring an additional mechanism, such as a vent to a contact seal.

    摘要: The invention relates to a sealing roller bearing, in particular, a ball bearing for support and working roller bearings on roller stands, comprising an axially multi-part outer bearing ring and an axially multipart inner bearing ring and a number of rolling bodies rolling on the running tracks in four rows between the bearing rings. The rolling bodies are retained in each row at an equal separation from each other in the circumferential direction by means of a bearing cage and the bearing chamber, formed between the outer bearing ring and the inner bearing ring, is sealed at both axial ends against the ingress of fluids and dirt by annular seals. According to the invention, each bearing cage of the roller bearing is embodied as a conventional pin cage, comprising a first cage disc, a second cage disc and a number of pins connected to both bearing discs, whereby the annular seals sealing the bearing chamber are embodied as lamellar rings with a sealing connection to the first or the second cage disc of both external bearing cages.
