摘要: In the roller bearing, plural of rollers 15 are interposed between an outer raceway 11 of an outer race 12 and an inner raceway 13 of an inner race 14, and a collar portion 16 is formed along one of the axial-direction end portions of the inner raceway 13. The central portion of one of the outer race and inner raceways 11, 14 and the opposing outer peripheral surface of the roller 15 is formed of a first bus with a given radius of curvature. The two end portion sides adjacent to the central portion are formed of a second bus with such a radius of curvature that causes the two end portion sides to part away from the other. The collar surface 19 of the collar portion 16 contacting with an end face of the roller 15 being a convex-shaped spherical surface is formed as a concave-shaped spherical surface.

摘要: In a bearing having inner and outer rings concentrically disposed about a bearing axis, the outer ring is provided with an annular mounting groove in an inner surface facing the axis for receiving a shield plate. The shield plate is an annular disk-like plate having a central opening for receiving the inner ring as the shield plate is mounted between the rings. The shield plate has an annular generally V-shaped groove in a surface facing in the axial direction, the groove being bounded on the outer circumferential side by a first portion of the plate having a nearly triangular shape, and bounded on the inner circumferential side by a second portion of the plate. The first portion of the plate has a thickness in the radial direction which is 1/2 to 1/6 the thickness of the second portion, and a height in the axial direction which is 1/2 to 1/5 the thickness of the second portion. Variations in the depth of the mounting groove occurring during formation of the outer ring are absorbed by variations in the deformation of the first portion of the shield plate so that the shield plate lies normal to the bearing axis and the outer ring is not deformed.

摘要: A shaft bearing point has a radial shaft bearing in which a drive shaft is rotatably supported relative to a machine housing. The radial shaft bearing is arranged directly or indirectly in a machine housing wall separating a lubricant space from a lubricant-free space. The radial shaft bearing has a lubricant side facing the lubricant space, and a seal side facing away from the lubricant space, in the axial direction, and a radial shaft seal is provided which is arranged at an axial distance to the seal side such that a lubricant chamber is produced between the seal side and the radial shaft seal ring in the axial direction. The lubricant chamber is equipped with a chamber separating wall. The chamber separating wall separates the lubricant chamber into a storage chamber, which is arranged between the seal side and the chamber separating wall, and a seal chamber, which is arranged between the chamber separating wall and the radial shaft seal ring. The storage chamber and the seal chamber are fluidically connected together via a separating wall throttle. The separating wall throttle has an annular gap as a fluid-conducting connection between the two chambers. The annular gap is formed between the chamber separating wall and the drive shaft and has a permeable height, which is greater than 0.1 mm and less than 3 mm, in the radial direction.
