摘要： The hardness of crushable materials is determined by an apparatus capable of applying a uniformly increasing compression force to the material undergoing test. This force is applied by a plunger exerting a downward pressure on the crushable material and by the weight of a receiving container suspended from the plunger. During the test, the weight exerted by the suspended container is continuously and uniformly increased by the flow of fluid from a reservoir tank into the receiving container. The flow of fluid is commenced by the opening of a normally closed solenoid valve in response to the closing of a relay switch. This switch is adapted to assume an open position when the weight of fluid in the receiving container becomes sufficient to cause the plunger to drop to a lower position upon crushing of the crushable material being tested. The opening of the relay switch, in turn, causes the solenoid valve to close upon crushing of the material being tested. The weight of the plunger and the suspended receiving container, together with the fluid in the container, provides a precise measure of the hardness of the crushable material.

The menu editor accesses a library of menu templates containing predefined groupings of buttons, and uses the menu templates, as directed by the administrator, during creation and editing of the interactive menu screens.

The preform superabrasive cutter may comprise a superabrasive volume, metal carbide, and a slop. The superabrasive volume may have a top surface and superabrasive particles. 摘要： Methods and apparatuses are provided for testing and quantifying structural durability characteristics of bridging materials. Embodiments include sieving bridging materials to create uniform batches having particles within a predefined range. Embodiments further include selecting a batch and drying the batch, separating the dried batch into dry samples, and selecting a test sample having an initial mass. Embodiments include sealing the test sample, a volume of liquid, and a rod in a cylindrical testing cell and rotating the cylindrical testing cell containing the rod such that the rod rolls in relation to an inner wall of the cylindrical testing cell and applies force partially crushing the test sample. Embodiments further include sieving a resulting sample to create a durable sample having particles within the predefined range and drying the durable sample. Embodiments of methods further include measuring a mass of the dried durable sample to define a durable mass and comparing the durable mass to the initial mass.
