摘要: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed herein. An example method to improve object detection and false alarm rate over image segmentation includes overlaying a first object of a first image onto a second image. A first score based on a first chamfer distance between first edges of the first object and second edges in the second image is determined. A second score corresponding to a second chamfer distance between the second edges and a mathematical representation of a plurality of shapes is determined, the second score representing a similarity between the second edges and the plurality of shapes observed simultaneously. A normalized score is determined by normalizing the first score based on the second score. A presence of the second object in the second image matching the first object is detected based on whether the normalized score satisfies a threshold score.

摘要: The present invention discloses recognizing methods of flaky or blocky prohibited articles, explosives or drugs. Specifically, the method for recognizing flaky prohibited articles, explosives or drugs comprises steps of: (1) reading in tomogram data of an object to be inspected for one tomogram; (2) pre-processing the tomogram data; (3) splitting the pre-processed tomogram data into a plurality of regions that have similar physical properties; (4) analyzing whether each of the split regions is a flaky region; (5) determining whether the flaky region recognized in the current tomogram can be merged with the flaky region detected from the previous tomogram, so as to form a flaky target; (6) determining whether each detected flaky target is complete or finished; (7) repeating steps (1)-(6) and processing each tomogram data layer by layer, until all of the tomogram data have been processed.

摘要: This document describes systems, methods, devices, and other techniques for automatically calibrating a video camera based on video information received from the video camera. In some implementations, a computing device receives video information comprising a video signal from a video camera, wherein the video signal shows a 2D scene of an environment captured by the video camera; identifies (i) two or more vertical lines shown in the 2D scene, (ii) two or more horizontal lines shown in the 2D scene, and (iii) one or more objects shown in the 2D scene; based on the identified one or more objects, determines a height of a vertical line in the 2D scene; and based on (i) the identified two or more vertical lines, (ii) the identified two or more horizontal lines, and (iii) the determined height of the vertical line in the 2D scene, calibrate the video camera.

摘要: Computerized methods and systems, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, may detect event shown within digital video content captured by one or more video cameras, and correlate these detected events to real-world conditions that may not be captured within the digital video data. For example, a computing system may detect events shown within digital video content captured by one or more video cameras, and may obtain data that identifies at least one external event. The computer system may establish a predictive model that correlates values of event parameters that characterize the detected and external events during a first time period, and may apply the predictive model to an event parameter that characterizes an additional event detected during a second time period. Based on an outcome of the predictive model, the computing system may determine an expected value of the external event parameter during the second time period.
