摘要: A signal generation apparatus, a driving chip, a display system and an LED displaying driving method are described. A circuit comprises a first generation device for generating a first PWM wave with period T1; a second generation device for generating a delayed clock signal with period T2, T1=NT2, the first time is delayed by F×T2 compared with the second time, the first time is the time corresponding to a first rising edge of the delayed clock signal, the second time is the time corresponding to a first rising edge of the first PWM wave; a third generation device for generating a third PWM wave with period T3 according to the first PWM wave the delayed clock signal, T3=T1+F×T2, a first rising edge of the third PWM wave is synchronous with the first rising edge of the first PWM wave.

摘要: An LED display device includes a system board, and multiple daughterboards that are assembled on the system board. The system board includes a drive power circuit, a first gate circuit and a second gate circuit. Each daughterboard includes a substrate, multiple LEDs that are disposed on the substrate, multiple first transistor switches that are respectively connected to the LEDs, and at least one second transistor switch that is connected to the LEDs. With respect to each daughterboard, the first transistor switches and the at least one second transistor switch cooperatively control current flows through the LEDs; the first transistor switches are further connected to the drive power circuit to respectively receive multiple drive currents, and are further connected to the first gate circuit to receive a timing signal; and the at least one second transistor switch is further connected to the second gate circuit to receive a timing signal.

摘要: Provided is a semiconductor device exemplified by an inverter circuit and a shift register circuit, which is characterized by a reduced number of transistors. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor. One of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first wiring, and the other thereof is electrically connected to a second wiring. One of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to the first wiring, a gate of the second transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor, and the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to one electrode of the capacitor, while the other electrode of the capacitor is electrically connected to a third wiring. The first and second transistors have the same conductivity type.

摘要: A display device includes PWM data lines to receive PWM data voltages, first to third data lines to receive corresponding data voltages from among first to third data voltages, sweep signal lines to receive sweep signals, and a sub-pixel connected to a PWM data line from among the PWM data lines, a data line from among the first to third data lines, and a sweep signal line from among the sweep signal lines, and includes at least one light emitting element. The sub-pixel may include a first transistor, a first capacitor electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor, and a second capacitor electrode connected to the sweep signal line, and overlapping the first capacitor electrode in a thickness direction of the display device. The second capacitor electrode does not overlap a source electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor in the thickness direction.

摘要: Provided are a method for driving a light-emitting substrate, a driving circuit and a display apparatus. The light-emitting substrate includes: at least one control region, which includes a plurality of light-emitting sub-regions, the light-emitting sub-region includes a plurality of light-emitting elements which are connected in series and/or in parallel; each light-emitting sub-regions includes a first signal end and a second signal end, in a same control region, the first signal ends of all the light-emitting sub-regions are electrically connected with each other, and the second signal ends of the different light-emitting sub-regions are independent of each other; the method includes: loading a first signal to the first signal ends in the control region; and loading second signals to the second signal ends of each of the plurality of the light-emitting sub-regions in the control region when a first duration is delayed after the first signal is provided.

In one embodiment of the present invention the pixel includes a top electrode, a bottom electrode, a first shared electrode, a second shared electrode, and three electroluminescent devices. The bottom electrode and the first shared electrode are coupled to and operates the first electroluminescent device. The first shared electrode and the second shared electrode are coupled to and operate the second electroluminescent device. The second shared electrode and the top electrode are coupled to and operate the third electroluminescent device.
