The alignment mark is not covered by, and does not overlap with, the dam structure, because the alignment mark is disposed outside the dame structure. 摘要: A solar cell according to the present disclosure includes a support, a photoelectric conversion element, and a sealing member. The photoelectric conversion element is in a sealed space defined by the support and the sealing member. The photoelectric conversion element includes, in this order, a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode. An oxygen concentration in the sealed space is less than 10 ppm in terms of volume fraction, and a water vapor concentration in the sealed space is greater than or equal to 100 ppm and less than or equal to 5000 ppm in terms of volume fraction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a novel compound for improving the photostability of an optoelectronic device, and more particularly, to a novel phenanthroline-based compound, a preparation method thereof, and an optoelectronic device including the same as a passivation layer. According to the present invention, the novel phenanthroline-based compound of Formula 1 is a novel compound in which an amine group side chain is introduced into the parent nucleus of phenanthroline, and is capable of being used in a solution process due to excellent solubility in a polar solvent, and simple introduction on an n-type semiconductor organic layer (e.g., an organic photoactive layer or an electron transport layer) as a passivation layer may bring about not only an increase in stability, but also an additional increase in efficiency such as an increase in open-circuit voltage or photocurrent.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for laminating solar cell modules comprising a plurality of solar cells electrically connected in series. The method comprises: providing a first and a second flexible substrate portion suitable for roll-to-roll deposition; providing a plurality of first electrodes on said first substrate portion and a plurality of second electrodes on said second substrate portion, wherein said plurality of first and second electrodes are provided as stripes spatially separated such that a plurality of gaps is formed; depositing a continuous or discontinuous active layer on said plurality of first electrodes or said plurality of second electrodes, where in said continuous or discontinuous active layer is an organic active layer; laminating by means of heat and pressure said first and said second substrate portions together in a roll-to-roll process such that the active layer is brought into physical contact with the other one of said plurality first electrodes or said plurality of second electrodes and such that the active layer is brought into electrical contact with said plurality of first electrodes and said plurality of second electrodes. The plurality of first electrodes is arranged off-set relative said plurality of second electrodes such that each of said plurality of gaps between said plurality of second electrodes are fully covered at least in one direction by respective one of said plurality of first electrodes. The present invention also relates to a solar cell module.

摘要: Disclosed are a composition for use in photoelectronic component encapsulated, an encapsulation structure and a photoelectronic component. The composition includes 10%˜70% of a photocurable monomer; 10%˜70% of a monofunctional or trifunctional silicon-containing monomer; and 0.5%˜10% of an initiator. The use of the silicon-containing monomer, on the one hand, because of the strong distensibility of Si—O—Si chain segment of self, provides a stress dispersing effect upon impact, reduces internal stress, and increases the mechanical performance of the organic encapsulation composition; and on the other hand, effectively increases the thermal performance and hydrophobicity of the organic encapsulation composition. Film packaging for use in the photoelectronic component may effectively increase the service life of the component.

摘要: A device comprising a first layer, a sealing layer and a resin layer stacked in that order and an organic layer arranged between the first layer and the sealing layer in a pixel region is provided. The first, sealing and resin layers have openings for exposing an electrode in a peripheral region. The sealing layer includes second and third layers each having a water permeability lower than the first layer, and a fourth layer arranged between the second layer and the third layer and having a defect density lower than the second layer. A step of the second layer arranged above the end of the opening of the first layer is covered with the fourth layer and a step of the third layer arranged above the end of the opening of the first layer is covered with the resin layer.
