摘要: A pump arrangement, in particular a magnetic clutch pump arrangement, is provided. The pump arrangement includes a pump housing containing an impeller shaft, an impeller, a casing cover adjacent to the impeller and supporting a plain bearing arrangement. The pump arrangement also includes a containment shell which seals an enclosed chamber within the inner chamber of the pump housing. The plain bearing arrangement includes first and second bearing sleeves connected to the impeller shaft, a first bearing bush which cooperates with the first bearing sleeve via a radial bearing surface and is connected to the pump housing or to a component secured to the pump housing a second bearing bush which cooperates with the second bearing sleeve via a radial bearing surface and is connected to the pump housing or to a component secured to the pump housing, and a retainer ring mounted between the first and second bearing sleeves. The retainer ring has, in the end surface facing the first bearing bush a first annular groove which receives a first axial bearing ring, and in the end surface facing the second bearing bush a second annular groove which receives a second axial bearing ring.

摘要: The tilting-pad bearing includes: a plurality of tilting pads arranged around a rotary shaft; a housing including a lubricating oil-supplying hole provided at a position facing a gap formed between the tilting pads disposed next to each other; and a pair of side plates disposed so that the tilting pads are interposed therebetween. The tilting pad is provided with an internal flow passageway through which lubricating oil flow. The internal flow passageway includes a first inflow opening, a second inflow opening, and a discharge opening.

摘要: A gas turbine engine has a fan drive turbine driving a gear reduction, the gear reduction, in turn, driving a fan rotor, the fan rotor delivering air into a bypass duct as bypass air and into a compressor section as core flow. A forward bearing is positioned between the gear reduction and the fan rotor and supports the gear reduction. A second bearing is positioned aft of the gear reduction and supports the gear reduction. The second bearing is a thrust bearing. A fan drive turbine drive shaft drives the gear reduction. The fan drive turbine drive shaft has a weakened link which is aft of the second bearing such that the fan drive turbine drive shaft will tend to fail at the weakened link, and at a location aft of the second bearing.

摘要: A centrifugal pump includes a rotating blade member including an impeller member and a rotor magnet, a main body casing accommodating the rotating blade member, a coil portion that rotates the rotating blade member is located on a periphery of the rotor magnet, and an axial member associated with the main body casing. The rotating blade member pivots around the axial member. The axial member includes an end portion at axial rotor magnet side, and is fixed at the end portion. The main body casing forms a fluid introducing passage, and is associated with a blade casing accommodating the rotating blade member. An end portion of a bearing portion at an axial fluid introducing passage side is protruded such that the end portion of the bearing portion protrudes from an inner periphery opening portion of the blade casing into the fluid introducing passage.

The device further includes a bearing fixedly positioned in the conduit spaced from the first terminal aperture, and a plunger axially movably positioned in the conduit between the bearing and the first terminal aperture. A biasing element is positioned between the bearing and the plunger wherein the movement of the plunger toward the bearing compresses the biasing element.

A thrust-absorbing horizontal surface pump system includes an intake chamber including a stationary thrust bearing paired with a rotatable thrust runner to form a thrust bearing set, wherein a first face of the stationary thrust bearing positioned towards the rotatable thrust runner is at least partially diamond-coated, and wherein a second face of the rotatable thrust runner positioned towards the stationary thrust bearing is at least partially diamond-coated, a fluid entrance that receives fluid into the intake chamber, and a pump inlet that receives the fluid into the multi-stage centrifugal pump, wherein the thrust bearing set is arranged around the intake shaft such that during operation of the electric motor the thrust bearing is in a pathway of the fluid as the fluid flows between the fluid entrance and the pump inlet.

摘要: A water lubricated composite thrust bearing of a nuclear main pump has a stainless steel base and an engineering plastic layer. The stainless steel base is provided with a concave-convex surface connected to the engineering plastic layer. The concave-convex surface and the engineering plastic layer are compositely molded by means of thermoplastic compound molding. A ratio of the area of the concave-convex surface to the area of an orthographic projection of the concave-convex surface on the stainless steel base ranges from 1.2 to 2. By means of the concave-convex surface and a specific bonding property obtained after fusion of a rough face and the engineering plastic layer, the concave-convex surface is bonded with the engineering plastic layer, thereby forming a reliable composite thrust bearing that is physically connected onto a whole.

摘要: An improved bearing and shaft assembly includes a bearing assembly having an outer bearing member and an inner bearing member, and a shaft assembly having a shaft member, a shaft protection member, and a locking mechanism. The outer bearing member has a cavity for receiving the inner bearing member, and fits within a cavity of an impeller. The shaft assembly is secured within a housing of a jet assembly. The shaft protection member has a cavity for receiving the shaft member. The shaft protection member fits within the cavity of the inner bearing member. Also, a jet assembly, which includes the improved bearing and shaft assembly, may be coupled to a motor assembly. The jet assembly further includes the housing that includes at least one inlet aperture and at least one outlet aperture, and an impeller positioned within a cavity of the housing.

摘要: A structural improvement of the canned pump is to improve the stiffness of a stationary shaft and, according to requirement, to dispose a monitor device. The method for improving the stiffness of the stationary shaft includes axially inserting a shaft metal rear support of the metal structural of a motor rear casing of a canned motor into the inner side of a rotor yoke of an inner rotor of the canned motor, tightly attaching the shaft metal rear support to a rear shaft seat for improving the stiffness of the stationary shaft by longer hold length, and for shortening an arm length of the composite force. The monitor device, used for detecting the wear of a bearing for enhancing the reliability and satisfying the driving requirement, is installed in the ring slot to be protected by the rear shaft seat.

At a first axial end (7) the inner sleeve (6) includes an engagement element (8), designed for positive, rotationally fixed engagement with the shaft or with a component (42) connected to the shaft. At a second opposite axial end the inner sleeve (6) includes a second contact shoulder (10), which fixes the bearing sleeve (4) in an axial direction (X). A pump assembly having such a bearing unit is also provided.
