    摘要: Roller shell has a first cylindrical part and a second cylindrical part. An outer diameter of the first cylindrical part is larger than an outer diameter of the second cylindrical part, and an inner diameter of the first cylindrical part is smaller than an inner diameter of the second cylindrical part. The first cylindrical part fits to a small-diameter bushing part, and the second cylindrical part fits to a large-diameter bushing part. The second cylindrical part has a slit which extends through an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface and is open at an end surface. The roller shell engages with a step part. An engaging member fits to a groove and engages with the slit. A retainer is formed to have an annular shape and is detachably attached to bushing to hold an end surface of the roller shell.

    摘要: A device for absorbing structure-borne sound comprises at least one torque transmitting flange having two or more layers of materials of different damping capacity and stiffness stacked on each other. At least a portion of the flange has a radially jagged cross-sectional profile including two or more flanks consecutively arranged in radial direction and alternately inclined to the radial direction. The consecutive flanks merge into each other by forming corners, respectively. This structure-borne sound absorber reduces the propagation of vibrations at acoustically relevant frequencies via rotating machine parts. Combination with a compensation coupling results in a high-elasticity coupling preventing noise radiation.

The fastening friction plate has a friction plate main body of a fixed thickness, and engaging protuberances having an approximately truncated cone shape formed on the both surfaces of the friction plate main body at a fixed pitch.     摘要: A drivetrain assembly includes a transmission and a driveshaft that are joined together by a transmission flange and a driveshaft flange that has a plurality of pre-assembled bolts. The driveshaft flange defines a plurality of holes and countersink recesses and the bolts are secured to the driveshaft flange by a bolt retainer disposed in each of the countersink recesses between the transmission flange and the driveshaft flange. A method is disclosed for assembling a transmission flange and a driveshaft flange that defines a plurality of holes and countersink recesses. A bolt is assembled into each of the holes and countersink recesses and a bolt retainer is attached to each of the bolts and nested inside the countersink recesses to retain the bolts on the driveshaft flange. The bolts on the driveshaft flange are then installed into the threaded holes of the transmission flange.
