A method of generating a 3-dimensional (3D) image datastream is provided. The method includes generating an elementary stream including an encoded bit string of 3D image data; generating at least one packetized elementary stream by packetizing the elementary stream; generating at least one section including service related information of the 3D image data; inserting 3D image reproduction information for reproducing the 3D image data into a program guide information section from among the at least one section; generating at least one transport stream packet for each of the at least one section and the at least one packetized elementary stream; and generating a transport stream by multiplexing the at least one transport stream packet.
Abstract:
A voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) in a frequency synthesizer generates an output signal having a target frequency by being coarse tuned in accordance with a channel code derived through a binary tree search. Thereafter, the output signal of the VCO may be further tuned using a phase lock loop (PLL) circuit. Each stage of the binary tree search includes a comparison step that determines a channel code bit, and another step that confirms that the channel code converges to a final channel code within an established stage range value.

A shape measurement apparatus includes a work stage supporting a target substrate, a pattern-projecting section including a light source, a grating part partially transmitting and blocking light generated by the light source to generate a grating image and a projecting lens part making the grating image on a measurement target of the target substrate, an image-capturing section capturing the grating image reflected by the measurement target of the target substrate, and a control section controlling the work stage, the pattern-projecting section and the image-capturing section, calculating a reliability index of the grating image and phases of the grating image, which is corresponding to the measurement target, and inspecting the measurement target by using the reliability index and the phases. Thus, the accuracy of measurement may be enhanced.

A method and apparatus for providing a three-dimensional (3D) image is provided. In the method, first-viewpoint image data and second-viewpoint image data that provide a 3D image are obtained. Time information that represents points of time that the first-viewpoint image data and the second-viewpoint image data are to be processed is produced, based on relation information to indicate that the first-viewpoint image data and the second-viewpoint image data are a pair of pieces of image data. The first-viewpoint image data, the second-viewpoint image data, and the time information are transmitted. The first-viewpoint image data is transmitted in a first stream, and the second-viewpoint image data is transmitted in a second stream.
