An exemplary sheetlike insulation material precursor and an exemplary insulation material are disclosed that can feature a particularly high thermal conductivity. The insulation material precursor can be characterized in that a layer of resin on each of two outer sides of a core laminate of interconnected polyester nonwovens and a polyester film is at the B-stage and has a weight fraction of at least 5% of boron nitride.
Abstract:
A system and method for optimized operation of real-time control applications. The system and method being configured for identifying and processing recurring code sequences in control applications to quantify the execution time of control applications, wherein for each set up and/or control application a timing data structure is generated to determine the execution time of control applications in industrial automation, determining execution times of control applications based on recurring code sequences that are automatically extracted from a set of training applications and/or identified in the respective application, automatically generating test data to determine their on-target execution times for refinement of the timing data structure, decomposing the structure of the respective control application into code sequences for which the created data timing structure and timing model respectively provide execution time estimates, and determining at least an estimate for the best-case execution time and/or the worst-case execution time of the control application.
Abstract:
A method for generating model data of a plant having at least one sub-part involves: providing at least one respective diagram of an HMI interface for a respective sub-part, which contains topology information thereof; transferring the respective diagram, if necessary, into a computer readable form; importing the respective transferred diagram into a data storage of a computer and preferably automatically extracting model data of the respective sub-part therefrom, wherein the model data describe at least in part the topology of the respective sub-part; and providing the model data to an interface of the computer, wherein extracting model data from a diagram involves: detection of plant objects; and detection of plant object connections.
Abstract:
A converter module for use in a switchgear assembly for power distribution, has: one or more AC supply bus bars for providing AC power supply; one or more AC or DC power distribution bus bars for distributing power to loads; and one or more converter units for converting AC power from the AC supply bus bars to AC or DC power onto AC or DC power distribution bus bars, respectively.
Abstract:
A method performed by a wireless terminal for installation of Building Automation (BA) devices in a building includes: determining, using a localization application in the wireless terminal, a current location of the wireless terminal in the building; from a BA device database, obtaining an identifier for each of a plurality of the BA devices which should be installed in a vicinity of the determined location of the wireless terminal; presenting a list of the obtained identifiers in a user interface of the wireless terminal; after the presenting, receiving input via the user interface; and in response to the received input, associating at least a first of the plurality of BA devices with at least a second of the plurality of BA devices.
Abstract:
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a system for generating a visualization a home or building, including a fieldbus commissioning tool with a template library and a graphical commissioning engine for implementing physical devices of the home or building. The template library includes: a set of device templates and device object templates, which contains information how the devices are used; a set of zone templates, which specify the use of the devices which are available within a zone; a set of automation templates and a set of web templates. The fieldbus commissioning tool is connected with a configuration data input unit and an automation studio, the automation studio being receiving building topology information, which are supplied by the fieldbus commissioning tool. Based on the building topology, the automation studio generates a navigation structure of the building to allow access to different areas of the building.
Abstract:
An arrangement for connecting a circuit breaker in a circuit, for example, in a switchgear, having conductors designed in the form of busbars and supported against each other for receiving forces resulting from normal operating behavior and from short circuit situations. The conductors are disposed in at least two-part claddings each completely peripherally enclosing the respective conductor and serving as electrical insulation.
Abstract:
A resistive voltage divider includes at least a first and a second resistor electrically connected in series. The resistors are made of an electrically resistive film material and each resistor is applied as a trace onto an insulating substrate. The divider's voltage ratio has a value between one hundred and one million. In order to achieve these high voltage ratios, a third resistor is electrically connected in parallel with the second resistor. The trace of the second and of the third resistor each overlap on one end at least in part with a first contacting terminal and on the respective other end at least in part with a second contacting terminal. A compact size of the divider is maintained by arranging the first and second contacting terminals in an interdigitated manner.
