    摘要: A magnetic control oscillation-scanning sputter includes a sputtering target, a base and an elongated magnet. The sputtering target has a surface with a target located thereon corresponding to the base. The target being sputtered is deposited on the base. The elongated magnet is located on the rear side of the sputtering target and moved reciprocately to control the deposition of the target. The elongated magnet has two ends each which is coupled with a magnetic erasing means for reducing excessive magnetic field intensity at the two ends to avoid affecting the sputter quality.

    摘要: A method of CNT field emission current density improvement performed by a taping process is disclosed. The method comprises following steps. First of all, a conductive pattern coated on a substrate by screen-printing a conductive slurry containing silver through a patterned screen is carried out. Thereafter, a CNT layer is attached thereon by screen-printing a CNT paste through a mesh pattern screen to form CNT image pixel array layer. The CNT paste consists of organic bonding agent, resin, silver powder, and carbon nano-tubes. After that the substrate is soft baked by an oven using a temperature of about 50-200° C. to remove volatile organic solvent. A higher temperature sintering process, for example 350-550° C. is then carried out to solidify the CNT on and electric coupled with the conductive pattern. Finally, an adhesive film is closely attached on the cathode substrate and then remove the adhesive film away so as to remove those badly bonding CNT portions and to vertically pull up a portion of CNT which originally laid down on the surface of CNT layer after sintering. Consequently, the current density, brightness, and uniformity of the emitter sources are significantly improved.

The dual pipe elbow connects with a hot and a cold water pipe for water inlet. The hose means has dual flow passage connecting with the dual pipe elbow at one end and connecting with the shower body at another end. The adjustable valve may be turned to various positions so that water of different flow rate and temperature may be selected to flow into the shower body. The spring valve means may be selected to give water outlet in either spouting, flushing or spraying fashion. (FIG. 1).

    摘要: A phosphor plate includes a glass layer, a wide-angle reflection dichroic filter and a phosphor layer. The wide-angle reflection dichroic filter is disposed on an exit surface of the glass layer. A first blue light and a second blue light of the incident ray are transmissible through the wide-angle reflection dichroic filter. The phosphor layer is disposed beside the wide-angle reflection dichroic filter. By the phosphor layer, the first blue light is excited as a first green light to be outputted and the second blue light is reflected to the wide-angle reflection dichroic filter. The second blue light and a portion of the first green light outputted from the phosphor layer are reflected by the wide-angle reflection dichroic filter, so that the portion of the first green light is transmitted through the phosphor layer and the second blue light is excited as a second green light by the phosphor layer.
