Abstract: A power supply device having variable output voltage includes a controller, and a first power supply module and a second power supply module connected in parallel. The controller selectively outputs a first voltage control signal and a first switch control signal to the first power supply module, or outputs a second voltage control signal and a second switch control signal to the second power supply module according to a voltage requirement signal. An output power of the first power supply module has a first voltage value selected from a first voltage value set, an output power of the second power supply module has a second voltage value selected from a second voltage value set, and a minimum value of the first voltage value set is greater than a maximum value of the second voltage value set. Thus, more extensive voltage output capabilities are provided, and good power conversion efficiency is achieved at the same time.

Abstract: A charging device and a safety function control circuit and method thereof are provided. When a charging device is not connected to a load, a converted voltage value of a power connection terminal of the charging device is kept to be lower than a safe voltage value so as to maintain a safe mode. The safety function control circuit includes a first control module and a second control module for constant voltage control. The first control module and the second control module perform matching control on a power conversion circuit of the charging device, and in case of a single fault of one of the control modules, the other module is still capable of keeping the converted voltage value to be less than the safe voltage value. Thus, it is ensured that the safe mode stays functional in case of a concurrency of both a single hardware fault and a single firmware fault.

Abstract: A master-slave interchangeable power supply device, a power supply method, a host with the master-slave interchangeable power supply device, and a computer-readable storage medium for use in execution of the power supply method are provided. Therefore, given compliance with a specification of a communication bus, the power control module and the power supply unit, which function as peripheral devices, can perform a communicative function.

Abstract: An illumination power circuit with a dimming function and an associated control method thereof are provided, where the illumination power circuit includes a first conversion circuit, a digital controller and a second conversion circuit. The first conversion circuit converts a first analog dimming signal from an analog dimmer into a first digital dimming signal, where the analog dimmer generates the first analog dimming signal according to operations of a user, to allow the user to manually control brightness of an illumination device. The digital controller receives the first digital dimming signal and a control signal from a computer, and generates at least one final dimming signal according to the first digital dimming signal and the control signal. In addition, the second conversion circuit generates a direct current output signal according to the final dimming signal, for driving the illumination device.

Abstract: A casing including a first body and a locking plate is provided, the locking plate is installed to the first body, and the locking plate extends inward to form a frame, so as to lock the casing to a main chassis of a desktop computer. Compared with the existing technique, the casing is directly locked to the main chassis of the desktop computer from exterior to interior through the locking plate, i.e. the casing is adapted to install the redundant power supply without changing an internal configuration of the main chassis or changing an outline dimension of the main chassis or the casing. Moreover, in terms of material purchase, it is unnecessary to purchase casings of other dimensions, but only one type of casings are used to produce general power supplies and redundant power supplies, so as to effectively save the manufacturing cost. Moreover, a redundant power supply is provided.
