摘要: A test system includes a rotatable turntable, a loading section, a first image pickup section, a second image pickup section, a system control section and an unloading section. The loading section loads a display panel assembly onto the stage. The loading section recognizes a unique number of the display panel assembly. The first image pickup section obtains an active area image data from an active area image. A valid first active area defect is detected using an active area image data obtained from an active area image displayed on the display panel assembly. An inactive area defect is detected based on an inactive area image data and a reference inactive area image data.

摘要: A dual damascene process is disclosed. According to the dual damascene process of the present invention, a first recessed region through an intermetal dielectric layer is filled with a bottom protecting layer, and the bottom protecting layer and the intermetal dielectric layer are simultaneously etched to form a second recessed region that has a shallower depth and wider width than the first recessed region on the first recessed region by using an etch gas selectively etches the intermetal dielectric layer with respect to the bottom protecting layer. In other words, the etch selectivity ratio, the intermetal dielectric layer with respect to the bottom protecting layer, is preferably about 0.5 to about 1.5. Thus, it is possible to form a dual damascene structure without the formation of a byproduct or an oxide fence.

摘要: Disclosed is an electrolyte for electrochromic devices, which includes a eutectic mixture comprising: (a) a compound having an acidic functional group and basic functional group; and (b) an ionizable lithium salt. An electrochromic device using the same electrolyte is also disclosed. Because the electrochromic device uses the electrolyte comprising the eutectic mixture, which is cost-efficient and has excellent thermal and chemical stability, there are no problems related with evaporation and exhaustion as well as flammability of electrolyte. Additionally, it is possible to minimize side reactions with constitutional elements of an electrochromic device and electrolyte, thereby improving the safety. Further, it is also possible to improve the quality of an electrochromic device by virtue of a broad electrochemical window and high electroconductivity of the eutectic mixture.

摘要: An apparatus for automatically analyzing genetic and protein materials using photodiodes. The apparatus comprises a computer for controlling the entire operation of the apparatus and analyzing a voltage level from a characteristic detector to analyze states of the genetic and protein materials, and an address decoder connected to the computer. The photodiodes are connected to the address decoder and generate currents in response to external light being incident thereon. A plurality of amplifiers are connected respectively to the photodiodes to amplify output currents therefrom, and a plurality of voltage output circuits are connected respectively to the amplifiers to convert output currents therefrom into voltages. An output selector selects any one of output voltages from the voltage output circuits under the control of the computer. The characteristic detector measures a level of an output voltage from the output selector and applies the measured voltage level to the computer. A variety of genetic and protein materials corresponding to various diseases are attached to the photodiodes. If the external light is incident on the materials, then luminous fluxes vary depending on chemical structures of the materials, thereby causing the photodiodes to generate currents of amounts corresponding to the varying luminous fluxes, respectively.
