    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel probe set for an isothermal one-pot reaction, and uses thereof and, particularly, provides a method for easily, accurately, and quickly diagnosing molecules, in particular, infection diseases, in the field, the method having a form applicable in the field on the basis of a nucleic acid sequence by using a one-pot reaction composition under an isothermal condition. If a molecular diagnostic platform according to the present invention is used, a target sequence can be quickly and accurately detected. Also, elements (reaction buffer, enzyme) needed in a diagnostic process using the present invention are much more simple and convenient than in a conventional antibody-based diagnosis, and, thus, the diagnostic process can be performed by a non-skilled person, and the sensitivity and speed of diagnosis can be increased, as all reactions are unified at a constant temperature without expensive equipment used in general nucleic-acid-based molecular diagnostic technology, and an amplification process is performed automatically during a reaction process.

    Abstract: A video quality improvement method may comprise: inputting a structure feature map converted from current target frame by first convolution layer to first multi-task unit and second multi-task unit, which is connected to an output side of first multi-task unit, among the plurality of multi-task units; inputting a main input obtained by adding the structure feature map to a feature space, which is converted by second convolution layer from those obtained by concatenating, in channel dimension, a previous target frame and a correction frame of the previous frame to first multi-task unit; and inputting current target frame to Nth multi-task unit connected to an end of output side of second multi-task unit, wherein Nth multi-task unit outputs a correction frame of current target frame, and machine learning of the video quality improvement model is performed using an objective function calculated through the correction frame of current target frame.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an action recognition method including: acquiring video features for input videos; generating a bounding box surrounding a person who may be a target for an action recognition; pooling the video features based on bounding box information; extracting at least one spatial feature map from pooled video features; extracting at least one temporal feature map from pooled video features; concatenating the at least one spatial feature map and the at least one temporal feature map to generate a concatenated feature map; and performing a human action recognition based on the concatenated feature map.
