    Abstract: An integrated latch apparatus for a securing and releasing computer equipment from a chassis includes a support bracket, a rotating shaft, a sliding plate having a latching extension, and a handle having a rotating end. The handle is secured at the rotating end to the support bracket about the rotating shaft. The rotating end of the handle includes nudging extensions. A torsion spring is disposed on the rotating shaft such that the torsion spring biases the support bracket against the handle such that the handle is in an open position when the torsion spring is extended towards an equilibrium state and in a closed position when the torsion spring is biased toward a fully compressed state. The nudging extensions engage and laterally move a sliding plate when the handle is rotated between the open position and the closed position.

    Abstract: A power supply system includes a housing having a top cover with a cutout portion formed near a rear end thereof. The cutout portion is configured to mechanically receive, one at a time, either a first bracket or a second bracket to be coupled to the top cover. The first bracket is configured to accommodate a first power supply component. The second bracket is configured to accommodate a second power supply component of a different type than the first power supply component. Each of the first bracket and the second bracket has a length and/or a width greater than a length and a width, respectively, of the cutout portion. Each of the first power supply component and the second power supply component is either a conventional power supply unit, or a busbar adapter sled configured to electrically connect with a busbar cable that supplies power from a remote power source.

    Abstract: A system for mounting a telecommunication device to a pole comprises a pole-mount kit and a first bracket. The pole-mount kit has first and second clamps for engaging opposite sides of the pole. The pole-mount kit has threaded fasteners extending through openings in the first and second clamps such that a first one of the threaded fasteners is on one side of the pole, and a second one of the threaded fasteners is on the other side of the pole. The threaded fasteners retain the first and second clamps in a fixed engagement on the pole. The first clamp has at least one bore extending through the first clamp in a direction that is transverse to the openings. The first bracket is fixed to the first clamp via a first clamp fastener that extends through the bore. The first bracket is used for mounting the telecommunication device.

    Abstract: A system and method for storing data associated with a system management interrupt (SMI) in a computer system. Notification of a system management interrupt is received on a central processing unit. The central processing unit enters a system management mode. A system management handler of a basic input output system (BIOS) is executed by a bootstrap processor of the central processing unit. The system management interrupt is initiated via the bootstrap processor. The system management interrupt data is stored in a register of the bootstrap processor. The SMI data is converted to an accessible format. The converted SMI data is stored in a memory.

    Abstract: A cable distribution box includes a base plate, a proximal wall extending from a first side of the base plate, a distal wall extending from a second side of the base plate, a latch formed on a third side of the base plate, and a cover plate extending from the proximal wall. The latch is configured to secure the cable distribution box to a chassis. The cover plate has a center portion that projects towards the base plate, such that the center portion is configured to wrap a cable thereon. The cover plate is foldable along a length of the proximal wall, relative to the base plate in a clamshell fashion, to enclose the wrapped cable between the cover plate and the base plate. The cover plate includes a locking mechanism that is configured to engage the distal wall, and secure the cover plate onto the base plate.

    Abstract: An internal support bracket for a power switch includes a bottom support and a top cover. The top cover is secured to the bottom support. A method of securing a power switch to the interior of a computer chassis includes connecting a base support including a channel to an interior wall of the computer chassis. A power switch is positioned between a top cover and a separate bottom support. The separate bottom support includes a ridge protruding from a bottom surface. The top cover is secured to the separate bottom support. The ridge of the separate bottom support is slid into the channel such that the internal support bracket including the power switch is secured in a locked position.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to a transportation system for carrying servers. The transportation system includes a server rack and a shock-absorbing pallet. The shock-absorbing pallet is secured under the server rack and configured to move relative to the server rack to dampen vibration during transportation of the server rack. The shock-absorbing pallet includes a top cover, a bottom cover, one or more isolation devices, and one or supporting layers. The one or more isolation devices are disposed between the top cover and the bottom cover. Each isolation device includes a shock-absorbing component coupled to the top cover and the bottom cover. The one or more supporting layers are secured between the top cover and the bottom cover around the one or more isolation devices. The one or more supporting layers have a plurality of slots for guiding a pallet lifter therethrough.

    Abstract: An electronic device selectively coupled to a first charger and/or a second charger includes a power supply interface, a first comparator, a second comparator, a controller, a first switch circuit, and a second switch circuit. The power supply interface receives a first input voltage and a second input voltage. The first comparator compares the first input voltage with a first reference voltage, so as to generate a first comparison voltage. The second comparator compares the second input voltage with a second reference voltage, so as to generate a second comparison voltage. The controller generates a first control voltage and a second control voltage according to the first comparison voltage and the second comparison voltage. The first switch circuit is selectively enabled or disabled according to the first control voltage. The second switch circuit is selectively enabled or disabled according to the second control voltage.
