摘要: Provided are a pouch case for a pouch type secondary battery in which one corner is in close contact with a cooling plate and a pouch type secondary battery including the same. In the pouch case, by controlling a shape relation among a forming portion formed to have a non-zero depth determined in advance at a center to accommodate one side of an electrode assembly, a receiving portion in surface contact with a side surface of the electrode assembly at the time of sealing the pouch case, and a sealing portion for sealing opposing ends of the forming portion and the electrode assembly, a size of a sealing protrusion formed after the electrode assembly is packaged through mechanical properties of a metal laminate sheet and a simplified die and punch may be minimized.

摘要: A cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery includes a lithium-transition metal composite oxide particle having a lattice strain (η) of 0.18 or less, which is calculated by applying Williamson-Hall method defined by Equation 1 to XRD peaks measured through XRD analysis, and having an XRD peak intensity ratio of 8.9% or less, which is defined by Equation 2. By controlling the lattice strain and XRD peak intensity ratio of the lithium-transition metal composite oxide particle, a lithium secondary battery with improved life-span characteristics as well as output characteristics is provided.

摘要: Provided is a technology of removing 90% or more chlorine by treating an oil fraction having a high Cl content at a high temperature using a solid acid catalyst. The dechlorinated oil fraction may be introduced to a refinery process and converted into a fuel or a chemical product. The solid acid catalyst and the oil fraction having a high Cl content are mixed and then chlorine is removed by a heat treatment at a high temperature. Main impurities such as S, N, and O and Na, Ca, Fe, and the like which may act as a catalyst poison in the catalyst reactions of a refinery process are removed simultaneously with the process of removing Cl.

摘要: Provided is a flexible air supply damper system for preventing an overdrying-caused defect of a secondary battery electrode plate, the flexible air supply damper system including: a fluid supply unit supplying a fluid; a heating unit heating the fluid supplied through the fluid supply unit; a drying unit drying the electrode plate while receiving the fluid heated through the heating unit; a damper unit splitting the fluid passing through the heating unit to control an amount of the fluid to be introduced into the drying unit; and a discharge unit through which the fluid used in the drying unit and the fluid split out of the damper unit are discharged. By controlling the amount of the fluid to be introduced into the drying unit, the electrode plate is prevented from being overdried.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for converting methane into value-added compounds. In this process, a gas mixture containing hydrogen as well as high-concentration acetylene formed through methane pyrolysis (e.g. non-oxidative coupling of methane) is selectively hydrogenated in the presence of a bimetallic supported catalyst. This process obtains ethylene from acetylene in the gas mixture while unreacted methane and hydrogen are recovered as byproducts and/or additionally recycled.

摘要: Provided are a binder composition for a secondary battery, a negative electrode including the same, and a secondary battery including the same. More particularly, the binder composition for a secondary battery having a three-dimensional structure, which is prepared by mixing a copolymer having specific repeating units and a polymer-type additive containing nitrogen (N) bonded to two or three carbons (C) in the repeating unit, has excellent mechanical properties and may effectively improve a binding force. The negative electrode and the secondary battery including the binder composition for a secondary battery effectively suppress expansion of a negative electrode to manufacture a secondary battery having excellent charge/discharge cycle characteristics and battery performance.
