摘要: Objects are to provide a projection-image-displaying laminate film that enables, when used for, for example, a HUD, displaying of undistorted projection images of high-quality screen images, a laminated glass using the projection-image-displaying laminate film, and an image display system using the laminated glass. The objects are achieved with a projection-image-displaying laminate film including a half-mirror film including a selective reflection layer configured to wavelength-selectively reflect light, and a heat-sealing layer disposed on one surface of the half-mirror film, wherein the half-mirror film has a stiffness at 25° C. of 4.0 N·mm or less, and the heat-sealing layer has a thickness of 40 μm or less, contains a thermoplastic resin, and has a surface opposite from the half-mirror film, the surface having a static coefficient of friction of 1.0 or less.

摘要: The liquid-repellent structure comprises a major surface to which liquid repellency is imparted, and a liquid-repellent layer formed on the major surface; wherein the liquid-repellent layer contains a scale-like filler having an average particle size of 0.1 to 6 μm, inclusive, a thermoplastic resin, and a fluorine compound, and has aggregates containing the scale-like filler; and the ratio WS1/(WP+WFC) of the mass WS1 of the scale-like filler contained in the liquid-repellent layer to the sum (WP+WFC) of the mass WP of the thermoplastic resin and the mass WFC of the fluorine compound contained in the liquid-repellent layer is 0.1 to 10 inclusive.

The low refractive index layer contains an active energy ray-curable resin, hollow silica particles, and silica particles with a particle diameter 0.1 to 1.7 times a particle diameter of the hollow silica particles.

摘要: A microwave-induced heating of CNT filled (or coated) polymer composites for enhancing inter-bead diffusive bonding of fused filament fabricated parts. The technique incorporates microwave absorbing nanomaterials (carbon nanotubes (CNTs)) onto the surface or throughout the volume of 3D printer polymer filament to increase the inter-bead bond strength following a post microwave irradiation treatment and/or in-situ focused microwave beam during printing. The overall strength of the final 3D printed part will be dramatically increased and the isotropic mechanical properties of fused filament part will approach or exceed conventionally manufactured counterparts.

[Solution]
A thermoplastic resin film contains 70 to 97 wt % of a thermoplastic polyester resin component and 3 to 30 wt % of a polyolefin resin component. The polyolefin resin component contains one or more polyolefin resins selected from the group consisting of nonpolar polyolefin resins and polyolefin resins having ester-containing functional groups in side chains thereof. The polyolefin resin component is dispersed, in the thermoplastic polyester resin component, in a fibrous form having an average length of 5 to 300 μm in a machine direction of the film, an average length of 0.2 to 5 μm in a thickness direction of the film, and an aspect ratio of 8 or greater.-
