Provided are a method for transmitting and receiving broadcasting service information and a mobile station for a broadcasting service. The method for transmitting broadcasting service information at a base station, includes registering a mobile station in a first cell, wherein the first cell is a cell managed by the base station, receiving vehicle related information from the mobile station mounted on a vehicle, and broadcasting the received vehicle related information to target cells.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling a room lamp of a vehicle. The present invention relates to collecting information associated with the vehicle and information associated with an ambient environment using a global positioning system (GPS) or a controller area network (CAN) and then controlling the room lamp using at least one of turn-off of the room lamp, change of an irradiation angle of the room lamp, and adjustment of illumination of the room lamp based on the collected information.

Provided are a tape-type fluorine preparation using a biodegradable polymer and a method of preparing the same, and preferably, a tape-type fluorine preparation which is attached to teeth to gradually release fluorine, thereby maintaining a suitable fluorine concentration in an oral cavity, and self-degraded after a certain amount of time, and a method of preparing the same. The tape-type fluorine preparation includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet containing fluorine and capable of being attached to teeth, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is formed of a biodegradable hydrophilic polymer in an oral cavity to reduce a rate at which the fluorine is released.

The present invention relates to a method of providing a multicast broadcast service. A message for providing an MBS (Multicast Broadcast Service) between network constituent elements is defined by applying a message defined in a wireless channel, and functions and parameters to be performed by the network constituent elements are defined. Therefore, the MBS can be provided in a wideband wireless access network that is a field of a mobile communication system and includes a wire channel.

According to a method and apparatus for block coding encoding and decoding, a minimum quality seamless service may be provided by reliably recovering high importance data even though continuous data loss occurs in a wired and wireless transmission line. A transposed duplication calculation or a post duplication calculation may be performed with respect to the high importance data. Data of a predetermined lost time zone may be recovered by duplicated data of another time zone.

The touch sensing apparatus includes: a plurality of first electrodes; a plurality of second electrodes; and a controlling unit, wherein the controlling unit applies a first driving signal to at least one of the plurality of first electrodes, sequentially obtains sensed signals from the plurality of second electrodes intersecting with the at least one first electrode to which the first driving signal is applied, and applies a second driving signal having the same potential as that of the first driving signal to other second electrodes adjacent to the second electrode from which the controlling unit obtains the sensed signal while the controlling unit obtains the sensed signal from any one of the plurality of second electrodes.
