Abstract:
A press-connecting connector (1) includes a rear holder (4). The rear holder (4) is pivotally connected to a housing body (2) through hinges (3), and includes slide levers (4B). The slide levers (4B) are engageable in guide spaces (7), formed in the housing body (2) and extending in a forward/rearward direction of the connector (1), and can move in accordance with the pivotal movement of the rear holder (4).
Abstract:
In a lever-actuated connector, on one end part of a side surface of a connector body (23) is formed a protruding lever insertion rib (27), into which an end (24C) of a lever (24) is inserted, which allows the end (24C) of the lever (24) to rock, and which extends upwardly and downwardly. An upper rib linking part (27A) that joins opposing walls that surround a lever insertion slit (31) is formed larger than a lower rib linking part (27B), and an upper through hole (32) communicates between the upper end surface of the upper rib linking part (27A) and the lever insertion slit (31). By adopting this configuration, when the lever insertion slit (31) is formed, die removal is done upwardly and downwardly, and it is not necessary to use a sliding die, thereby simplifying the die construction for the connector body (23), reducing the cost, and also enabling smooth insertion and fitting together of connectors.
Abstract:
A radio base station broadcasts system information through a control channel. Each mobile station receives system information (at step S21) and determines the moving speed thereof (at step S22). When the mobile station is moving at high speed, the mobile station measures the field intensities of available channels on which the mobile station can communicate with a macro cell radio base station (at step S23 or S27). When the mobile station is moving at low speed, the mobile station measures the field intensities of available channels on which the mobile station can communicate with a micro cell radio base station (at step S27 or S23). However, when the radio base station to which the mobile station is moving is different from the radio base station from which the mobile station has received the control channel at first, the mobile station receives new system information from the relevant base station at step S26. The mobile station selects a channel corresponding to the measured result and starts communicating with the new radio base station (at steps S24 and S25).
Abstract:
A lever 22 is pivotally supported on a male connector 21 by bosses 27, and an engagement projection 30 is formed on a lower portion of each of opposite side walls 28 of the lever 22 at a front end portion thereof. The engagement projection 30 is formed on such an area of the side wall 28 of the lever 22 that the amount of movement of the engagement projection 30 in a generally-horizontal direction in accordance with the pivotal movement of the lever is larger than the amount of movement of the other end of the lever in a generally-horizontal direction. Therefore, the amount of engagement of the engagement projection 30 into the engagement groove 35 is large, and therefore even if the lever 22, incompletely engaged in the guide grooves 34, is pivotally moved, the lever 22 can not be pivotally moved further, and hence an uninterrupted movement of the lever 22 will not occur, thereby preventing a half-fitted condition of the male connector 21.
Abstract:
A method of signal transmission between radio base stations (BSs) in a mobile communication system by using only one transmission system commonly used for both of communication with the exchange and communication with mobile stations (MSs) is realized. Each BS has at least one each of receiver and transmitter operable in the same frequency used in an adjacent BS, a call signal to be transferred is assigned in a channel slot of same radio signal as used for communication with MSs in own radio zone, the call signal contains destination indicator indicating an identification number of the BS to which the call signal is to be transferred, and each BS compares the indicator with own identification number, and if they coincide with each other, the call signal is extracted and used in the BS, but if they do not coincide with each other, the call signal is relayed to the next BS by transmitting radio signal containing the call signal in the same channel slot as received.
Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle that is formed by connecting a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator and that performs cooling operation; an evaporator heating device that heats the evaporator; a drain pan that receives drain-water from the evaporator and drains the drain-water; a drain-pan heating device that heats the drain pan; a frost detecting device including a light-emitting element that emits light to the evaporator and a light-receiving element that receives reflected light from the evaporator and outputs a voltage according to the reflected light; and a control device that controls on-off operation of the evaporator heating device and the drain-pan heating device. The control device determines a frosting condition on the evaporator from an output of the frost detecting device and individually controls the evaporator heating device and the drain-pan heating device in accordance with the determination result.
Abstract:
A press-through package for articles such as medicines which can reliably prevent a recipient from accidentally swallowing the whole package without opening it, including solid medicines M stored in a plurality of pockets of a base sheet one by one and the pockets sealed by a cover film having attached to the rear surface of the base sheet, wherein the entire package of the press-through package is made in a cylindrical form which cannot allow a recipient from accidentally swallowing and from which the medicines can be taken out easily.
Abstract:
Particles smaller than 50 nanometers emitted from an internal combustion engine, and serving as nuclei for forming PM (particulate matter), are removed to decrease the number of PM particles that are emitted to atmosphere. High efficiency filters are provided in passages that feed fluids into the combustion chamber, e.g., intake air, fuel and engine oil, in order to remove particles smaller than 50 nanometers serving as nuclei for forming PM.

Abstract:
An indoor unit of an air conditioner is capable of both enhancing the design thereof and preventing the reduction of the air blowing performance. The indoor unit of an air conditioner has a front grill and a design panel. The front grill is provided with an outlet. A front panel covers the outlet in the front view during shutdown, and moves so as to open the outlet during operation.
