    摘要: The present invention relates to a lens driving device includes a lens receiving part with a lens disposed therein, having first and second extension parts formed at opposed sides in a predetermined interval from each other. The lens driving device also includes an actuator having a body between the first and second extension parts. The actuator body has first and second output members contacting the first and second extension parts of the lens receiving part at opposed ends thereof, and thereby expands, contracts and bends when power is applied. The lens driving device also includes a preload member compressing the first and second extension parts against the actuator body to maintain a status of pressed contact. The lens driving device further includes a guide part for guiding the movement of the lens receiving part in an optical axis direction.

The method for nucleic acid purification according to the present invention comprises the steps of exposing a fluid sample containing nucleic acids to an electrode coated with an ion-permeable polymer, applying a voltage to the electrode to attach the nucleic acids in the fluid sample thereto, removing the residual fluid sample from the electrode carrying the nucleic acids, and eluting the nucleic acids attached to the electrode into a buffer. The apparatus comprises an electrode coated with an ion-permeable polymer; and a voltage applying device for applying a voltage to the electrode.

The system allows retailers/distributors to purchase access codes for use with pre-paid products using conventional telephones and without requiring the use of a dedicated terminal or personal computer at the point-of-sale. A telephone call relating to a request for an access code is received at a central server. An access code is obtained from a database of access codes and transmitted to the caller by telephone, facsimile, or e-mail. Reports relating to a pre-paid calling card account can be requested during the telephone call.

The method includes: forming an OFET pattern on a substrate, the OFET pattern having a gate electrode, a dielectric layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an organic semiconductor layer; attaching a junction layer covered with a predetermined adhesive on the entire surface of the source and drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer and isolating the OFET pattern from the substrate; and transferring the isolated OFET pattern onto a plastic substrate that is prepared beforehand. In this method, the OFET pattern can be deposited without the temperature limit, the dielectric layer can be formed using a wide variety of materials, and the OFET pattern can be transferred in a very simple manner. Also, the junction layer functions as a passivation layer for protecting the organic semiconductor layer from external air and moisture so that the organic semiconductor layer can keep good performance for a long time.
