摘要: A clock control cell for production of an output clock signal from an input clock signal has a hold element and an output stage. The hold element is preceded by a signal level converter, with the signal level converter designed such that it converts an input signal to an output signal at predetermined signal levels, wherein the input clock signal is the input signal of the signal level converter.

摘要: A process for producing insulations for electrical conductors by powder coating, which results in aging which is improved compared to glass-mica or casting-resin insulation, and a powder which is suitable for such a process. The powder is applied a number of times in succession, in the form of individual layers which follow one another, until a layer thickness of ≦10 mm is reached, and each of the individual layers undergoes intermediate heat curing before the next individual layer is applied. The intermediate curing of each individual layer uses a curing time which corresponds to 2-10 times the gel time of the powder used. Finally, the entire insulation undergoes final curing. The result of an electrical life test carried out on various specimens insulated with epoxy-resin powder which contains fine filler.

摘要: The invention discloses a process for producing a high-quality insulation on a conductor or conductor bundle of rotating electrical machines, in which, in successive immersion passes in a fluidized-bed sintering tank, internal corona-discharge protection, insulation and external corona-discharge protection are applied, in each case with layer thicknesses of ≦0.2 mm. The sintering and curing take place at temperatures of approx. 200° C., so that it is possible to use materials which satisfy the demands which are imposed on the insulation of conductors or conductor bundles of this type for rotating electrical machines. Furthermore, the production process, in particular the layer thickness selected for the individual layers, ensures that the individual layers are free of defects, so that it is impossible for there to be any partial discharges, which would otherwise lead to damage to the insulation.

摘要: A method for insulating (5) a conductive bar (1) includes wrapping an insulating tape (2) around the conductive bar (1), enclosing it in a flexible container (4), applying a vacuum, impregnating the insulating tape (2) with an impregnating resin, curing the impregnating resin, and removing the conductive bar (1) with the insulation (5) around it from the flexible container (4). In addition, together with the insulating tape (2), an impregnating tape (3) made of the impregnating resin is wrapped around the conductive bar (1). In order to impregnate, the impregnating tape (3) is melted.

摘要: An engine-controlling unit/method for an internal-combustion engine with first and second combustion-chamber groups having a first and second catalytic exhaust-gas converter, respectively, having (a) a master control device that controls a combustion-air ratio for the first combustion-chamber group by forcibly exciting the first combustion-chamber group, further having (b) a slave control device that controls a combustion-air ratio for the second combustion-chamber group by forcibly exciting the second combustion-chamber group, and further having (c) a data link between the master and slave for control through the master. It is proposed (d) for the master to transmit a synchronizing signal to the slave over the data link during changeover between the rich and lean combustion-air ratio within the scope of forced excitation, and (e) on receipt of the synchronizing signal from the master for the slave to change over within the scope of forced excitation between the rich and lean combustion-air ratio.
