    摘要: The present invention relates to a reinforced, pressure-resistant flexible tube for mechanical end-winding support for rotating electrical machines. The flexible tube according to the invention in this case comprises a glass fiber bundle which is encased by an inner glass cloth flexible tube. This glass cloth flexible tube is in turn externally coated with a polymer layer and is for its part surrounded by an outer glass cloth flexible tube. A matrix polymer is introduced into the inner glass cloth flexible tube and, after it has cured, the reinforced, pressure-resistant flexible tube can carry out its supporting and spacing function fully.

    摘要: A process for producing insulations for electrical conductors by powder coating, which results in aging which is improved compared to glass-mica or casting-resin insulation, and a powder which is suitable for such a process. The powder is applied a number of times in succession, in the form of individual layers which follow one another, until a layer thickness of ≦10 mm is reached, and each of the individual layers undergoes intermediate heat curing before the next individual layer is applied. The intermediate curing of each individual layer uses a curing time which corresponds to 2-10 times the gel time of the powder used. Finally, the entire insulation undergoes final curing. The result of an electrical life test carried out on various specimens insulated with epoxy-resin powder which contains fine filler.

The conductor bundle has a rectangular cross section. The conductor bundle is surrounded by an insulation (14). An overall improved electric strength is achieved at the edges without changing the insulation thickness because a thickness (d2) of the insulation (14) on the edges (15) of the winding bar (10) is greater than the thickness (31) of the insulation (14) on the flat sides of the winding bar (10). Preferably, a calibration process is used to shape the edge region.

The carbon atom is located directly adjacent both to the imine nitrogen atom, coordinating to Cu in the case of a bridging ligand and to the phosphorus or arsenic atom. The invention also relates to the use of the copper(I) complexes in optoelectronic assemblies, especially in Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs).
