摘要: A hydraulic drive system for a construction machine has a flow control valve (5) disposed between a hydraulic pump and an acutator, a pressure compensating valve for controlling a differential pressure across the flow control valve, and a pump delivery rate regulator for controlling a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump dependent on a differential pressure (Pd-PLS) between a pump pressure and a load pressure of the actuator. The pressure compensating valve has a valve body subjected to control forces. A first control force based on the differential pressure across the flow control valve to the valve body urges the valve body in the valve-closing direction. A second predetermined control force urges the valve body in the valve-operating direction; and a third control force based on the differential pressure (Pd-PLS) between the pump pressure and the load pressure of the actuator urges the valve body in the valve-opening direction.

摘要: A hydraulic drive system for a crawler-mounted construction vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump (1); a plurality of hydraulic actuators including traveling hydraulic motors (2, 3) driven by the hydraulic pump; a plurality of flow control valve means including first and second flow control valve means (15, 16; 35, 36) for respectively controlling the flow rates of the hydraulic fluid supplied from the pump to motors; pump controlling means (11) for effecting control during the driving of the motors in such a manner that the discharge pressure of the pump becomes higher by a fixed value than the higher one of load pressures of the motors; and first and second pressure balance valve means (17, 18; 37, 38) for respectively controlling the rates of flow through the flow control valve means during the driving of the motors in such a manner that the load pressures of the motors do not affect the rates of flow through the first and second flow control valve means. The first and second pressure balance valve means (17, 18; 37, 38) are respectively provided with valve control means (62, 63; 66, 67 ) which do not cause the associated pressure balance valve means to be actuated until the differential pressure between the load pressure generated in a first motor (2) and the load pressure generated in a second motor (3) reaches a predetermined value (.DELTA.P.sub.0), and causes the pressure balance valve means to be actuated when the differential pressure exceeds the predetermined value.

摘要: A control system for a hydraulic excavator having a prime mover, revolution number control device for the prime mover, at least one variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by the prime mover, displacement volume control device for the pump, actuators driven by pressurized fluid discharged from the pump and working elements driven by the respective actuators. The control system includes maximum revolution number altering device for the prime mover associated with the revolution number control device, maximum displacement volume altering device for the pump associated with the displacement volume control devices, devices for sensing the operation condition of the actuators, devices for selecting an operation mode for each working element and control devices. The maximum revolution number altering device provides at least one maximum revolution number of the prime mover and the maximum displacement volume altering device provides at least one maximum displacement volume so that maximum revolution numbers of the prime mover and maximum displacement volumes are arranged in a plurality of combinations. The plurality of combinations are set in association with the operation condition of the actuators and the selection of the operation mode. The control means selects a combination of the maximum revolution number of the prime mover and the maximum displacement volume of the pumps on basis of output signals of the sensors and selection devices and drives the maximum revolution number altering device and the maximum displacement volume altering device to set the maximum revolution number of the prime mover and the maximum displacement volume of the hydraulic pump.

With the traveling hydraulic working machine, in the combined operation of traveling and working a hydraulic actuator, work can be performed on the basis of the engine revolution speed intended by an operator. When a working load varies, the engine revolution speed is automatically controlled.

A pump absorption torque characteristic for the fuel economy mode is set so as to provide a relative small maximum pump absorption torques TB in a high revolution range, and an engine output characteristic for the fuel economy mode is set so as to provide a relatively small engine output torque in the high revolution range.

摘要: To permit using hold-side pressure oil in a first hydraulic cylinder for the acceleration of a second hydraulic cylinder upon performing a combined operation of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic drive system is provided with a main hydraulic pump 21, a boom cylinder 6 and an arm cylinder 7, a directional control valve 23 for a boom and a directional control valve 24 for an arm, and a boom control device 25 and an arm control device 26. This pressure oil feed means includes a flow combiner valve 44 arranged in a reservoir line 42 which can communicate to the rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6. When the bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 is the predetermined pressure or higher, the flow combiner valve 44 maintains a communication line 40, which communicates the reservoir line 42 and the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm with each other, in a state that pressure oil can be fed to the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm.
