    摘要: In a data processing device comprising a main storage unit, a buffer storage unit, and an error check and correction circuit, when data held in the buffer storage unit contains a single-bit error, the data containing the single-bit error is moved out from the buffer storage unit by generating a predetermined number of addresses having the same number (memory sector) as the data containing the single-bit error. The data is then corrected by the error check and correction circuit, and the corrected data is stored in the main storage unit.

    摘要: A system for processing machine check interruption using a data processor which outputs a machine check interruption signal by detecting the generation of a machine check condition and which performs interruption processing on the basis of the machine check interruption signal. The data processor includes a specific code detector which detects a specific interruption signal among the machine check interruption signals, a signal converting circuit for converting the machine check interruption signal into a modified code signal when the interruption signal generated by the machine check interruption is the above-mentioned specific code, and a control portion which assumes a disabled-waiting condition in response to the modified code signal. The operation of the data processor is stopped by placing the control portion in a disabled-waiting condition when interruption of the above-mentioned specific code occurs.

    摘要: The present invention describes therapeutic agents for chemotherapeutic agent-resistant cancers that include an HLA class I-recognizing antibody as an active ingredient. A further objective of the present invention is to provide methods for treating chemotherapeutic agent-resistant cancers that include the step of administering an HLA class I-recognizing antibody to a subject. It is herein demonstrated that cytotoxic activity due to C3B3 diabody is induced at a lower concentration in chemotherapeutic agent-resistant hematological tumor cell lines having high MDR1 and HLA class IA protein expression, than in their parent cell lines. It was also found that when the chemotherapeutic agent-resistant hematological tumor cell line is pretreated with a C3B3 diabody, cell injury associated with sole use of chemotherapeutic agent is enhanced and the amount of pharmaceutical agents taken up into cells are increased. More specifically, it was discovered that the C3B3 diabody exhibits anti-tumor activity on MDR1-expressing tumor cells having high HLA class I expression, and thereby is effective in overcoming drug resistance.

    摘要: When a spherical aberration generated on an optical recording medium is optically corrected, there has been a problem of irradiation power change of an output on an objective lens side due to a change of a signal level detected by a light quantity detector in response to the correction value. An optical information device is provided with a laser (2) for projecting optical beams; an objective lens (9) and the like for focusing the optical beams projected from the laser (2) on an optical recording medium (10); a spherical aberration correcting means (24), which is arranged on an optical axis of the optical beams connecting the laser (2) and the objective lens (9) and corrects a spherical aberration generated on the optical recording medium (10); a polarization beam splitter (5) for splitting the optical beams projected from the laser (2) into a plurality of beams; a light quantity detector (15) which receives one of the optical beams split by the polarization beam splitter (5) and outputs an electric signal corresponding to the receiving light quantity; a laser power control means (21), which controls the projection power of the laser beam source based on the electric signal from the light quantity detector (15); and a controller (23), which performs correction, such as to change the projection power of the laser (2) in response to a correction quantity of the spherical aberration correcting means (24).
