摘要： A method for estimating the thermal plasticity of coal and a caking additive by observing the thermal plasticity of coal and a caking additive under the condition that sufficiently simulates an environment surrounding thermal plastic coal and a caking additive in a coke oven and to provide a method for preparing coal of a brand having a specified quality by making clear the required quality of a coal brand which can be ideally used for manufacturing high-strength coke by using the estimation method. A method for preparing coal for coke making, the method including adjusting a permeation distance of one or more kinds of coal to a specified value or less when plural coal brands are blended as materials to be used for coke making is used.

摘要： An inner periphery of a molded part having a step from an inner periphery of an electroformed part is molded to a nonconductive coating which covers the surface of a master. When the nonconductive coating is removed, a radial clearance having a diameter greater than that of a bearing clearance is created between the inner periphery of the molded part, which is exposed to the interior, and an outer periphery of a shaft member. A bearing member which forms the bearing and radial clearance with the shaft member is manufactured by performing electroforming on the master with the nonconductive coating formed on part of the surface of the master, thereby forming the electroformed part; then injection molding the bearing member with the electroformed part and the nonconductive coating on the surface of the master inserted into a cavity; and then removing the nonconductive coating from the bearing member.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an in-wheel motor driving device which includes a highly adaptable suspension mounting portion, is light weighted, and has reduced drag friction at the time of steering operation. An in-wheel motor driving device comprises: a motor section A which rotates a motor-side rotation member; a speed reducer section B which reduces and transmits rotation of the motor-side rotation member to a wheel-side rotation member; and a wheel hub connected and fixed to the wheel-side rotation member. The above three elements are disposed in series from an inboard side to an outboard side of a vehicle, and suspension mounting brackets are fixed onto an outer surface of the speed reducer section's housing. Arms of a suspension are attached via the suspension mounting brackets.
