摘要: There is provided a fabrication method for interconnections, capable of embedding a Cu-alloy in recesses in an insulating film, and forming a barrier layer on an interface between the an insulating film and Cu-interconnections, without causing a rise in electric resistivity of the interconnections when fabricating semiconductor interconnections of the Cu-alloy embedded in the recesses provided in the insulating film on a semiconductor substrate. The fabrication method for the interconnections may comprise the steps of forming the respective recesses having a minimum width not more than 0.15 μm, and a ratio of a depth thereof to the minimum width (a depth/minimum width ratio) not less than 1, forming a Cu-alloy film containing Ti in a range of 0.5 to 3 at %, and N in a range of 0.4 to 2.0 at % over the respective recesses, and subsequently, annealing the Cu-alloy film to not lower than 200° C., and pressurizing the Cu-alloy film to not less than 50 MPa to thereby embed the Cu-alloy film into the respective recesses.

摘要: An engine comprises a crank case (1) provided with a lower opening portion (2), which is covered with an oil pan (3) from below, and with a pair of left and right oil passages which extends in a front and rear direction along left and right lateral walls (5) and (6). In this engine, the crank case (1) has the left and right lateral walls (5) and (6) provided with left and right ribs (12) and (13) extending in the front and rear direction. These left and right ribs (12) and (13) are raised inwards from the left and right lateral walls (5) and (6) of the crank case (1). In order to provide left and right oil passages (7) and (8) in these left and right ribs (12) and (13), these ribs (12) and (13) are positioned at the lower opening portion (2) of the crank case (1).

摘要: Disclosed is a printer capable of being connected with a plurality of personal computers and having a plurality of paper ejection trays. The printer further comprises a plurality of display units respectively corresponding to the paper ejection trays. In a case where a two or more paper ejection trays are occupied by sheets which are ejected in response to at least one ejection instruction from same personal computer, the controller of the printer controls the display units to notify a user that the sheets are ejected to a plurality of paper.

摘要: The present invention relates to a denim-like clothing mainly including a woven or knitted fabric and having a whitening index of less than or equal to Class 4, which woven or knitted fabric includes ultrafine fibers or fibers capable of forming ultrafine fibers on its surface, and the whitening index is expressed in grey scale for assessing change in color specified in Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). In preferred embodiments, the denim-like clothing has, for example, the following characteristics: (a) The denim-like clothing has a roughness index of equal to or more than 3 micrometers as determined using a measuring machine, KES-FB4; (b) the ultrafine fibers or the fibers capable of forming ultrafine fibers are ultrafine fibers having a fineness of less than or equal to 0.6 dtex or fibers capable of forming ultrafine fibers having a fineness of less than or equal to 0.6 dtex; (c) the fibers capable of forming ultrafine fibers are multicore fibers; and (d) the fibers have a matrix component that has been degraded. The invented denim-like clothing includes the ultrafine fibers or fibers capable of forming ultrafine fibers on its surface and is easily whitened by flexing or rubbing to thereby exhibit the feeling or semblance of a natural fiber denim.
