The light emission device includes a vacuum vessel having first and second substrates facing each other and a sealing member, the first and second substrates having an active area and a non-active area, an electron emission unit located on the first substrate at the active area, a light emission unit located on the second substrate at the active area, a getter unit provided between the first and second substrates at the non-active area, and a barrier disposed between the getter unit and the active area. The barrier blocks diffusion of getter material toward the active area during the getter activating process and prevents (or reduces) a slip or a movement of the getter unit.

    摘要: A bus system, which may prevent data from being incorrectly transferred when an early termination occurs during a burst mode, may include a bus, for example, an advanced high-performance bus (AHB), at least one bus master device, a bus arbiter and at least one transfer mode selection circuit. The at least one bus master device may generate a burst cycle control signal, a transfer start signal and a bus control request signal for requesting control of the bus, and may be activated in response to a bus control grant signal, so as to exchange data via the bus. The bus arbiter may generate the bus control grant signal in response to the bus control request signal and provide the bus control grant signal to the bus master device. The at least one transfer mode selection circuit may convert a burst mode into a single mode to generate a selection signal, when the bus control grant signal is deactivated before a burst mode operation is completed.

    摘要: Disclosed are wholly aromatic polyamide filament and a method of manufacturing the same, characterized in that, in the process of preparing the wholly aromatic polyamide polymer, the aromatic diamine, aromatic diacid chlrodie and polymerization solvent put into the reactor 20 are agitated by an agitation device which is installed in the reactor 20 and consists of: (i) a rotor 3 driven by a motor 2 and having a plurality of pins 3a; and (ii) a stator 4 having a plurality of pins 4a, wherein spin speed of the rotor 3 is controlled to 10 to 100 times of both of feeding rates for the aromatic diacid chloride and the aromatic diamine in the polymerization solvent into the reactor and, at the same time, contact frequency between the pins 3a and the pins 4a is regulated within a range of 100 to 1,000 Hz. The present invention is effective to progress uniform and homogeneous polymerization over all of area of a polymerization reactor 20, thereby reducing deviation in degree of polymerization, since polymeric monomers are miscible and react together very well in the reactor 20. Accordingly, the wholly aromatic polyamide filament produced exhibits narrow PDI and lowered paracrystalline parameter gII leading to reduction of defects of a crystal itself, so as to considerably improve strength and modulus thereof.

In one described embodiment, three metal layers are deposited and patterned in turn overlying a memory array portion of an SDRAM. Relatively wide power conductors are routed on a third metal layer, allowing power conductors to be reduced in size, or in some cases eliminated, on first and second metal layers. The relatively wide power conductors thus can provide a more stable power supply to the memory array, and also free some space on first and/or second metal for routing of additional and/or more widely spaced signal conductors. The lie angle adjustor includes an upper neck, and a frictional member formed between ends of the lower and upper neck.
