    摘要: Optical tracking systems, method, and devices are described in which optical components detect light within a substantially planar region adjacent to a user device. Tracking logic may receive signals output by the optical components and determine coordinates associated with a movement of a pointing object through the substantially planar region. The tracking logic may then provide for translation of the coordinates into an action on a display, such as, for example, a movement of a cursor or other icon on the display.

    摘要: A wireless device with a capacity for high bandwidth connectivity adapted to provide access to the Internet or other WAN for a single user or multiple concurrent users. The wireless access device acts as a network point of presence to provide access to a number of different devices. Authorization is performed and billing measures are established in real time. Billing credits may be provided to an account associated with the user of the wireless access device based upon selected metrics (for example, duration of the connection or amount of data passed). In certain implementations, devices that are previously unknown to the wireless access device and that have not received a wireless access device-specific configuration can be provided network access. Thus, instead of a hard-wired point of presence to the Internet, a mobile, ad hoc point of presence is established through the wireless access device.

    摘要: Basic matrix based on irregular LDPC codes, codec and generation method thereof. The codec includes an encoding/decoding operation module and a basic matrix storage module. In the stored basic matrix Hb, for all girths with length of 4, any element of i, j, k or l constituting the girths in anti-clockwise or clockwise always satisfies inequality: mod(i−j+k−l, z)≠0, wherein z is the extension factor. When generating the basic matrix, firstly the number of rows M, number of columns N, and weight vectors of the rows and columns are determined, an irregularly original basic matrix is constructed; then the position of ‘1’ is filled by a value chosen from set {0, 1, 2, . . . , z−1} to obtain the basic matrix Hb, which is made to satisfy the above-mentioned inequality. The basic matrix Hb obtained by storing, which is configured with corresponding encoding/decoding operation module, constitutes the desired encoder/decoder. The encoder/decoder according to the present invention can effectively eliminate error-floor phenomenon of LDPC codes and accelerate the falling speed of BER curve.
