摘要： A method of implanting a workpiece in an ion implantation system. The method may include providing an extraction plate adjacent to a plasma chamber containing a plasma, such that the extraction plate extracts ions from the plasma through at least one aperture that provides an ion beam having ions distributed over a range of an angles of incidence on the workpiece. The method may include scanning the workpiece with respect to the extraction plate and varying a power level of the plasma during the scanning from a first power level to a second power level, wherein at a surface of the workpiece, a first beam width at a first power level is greater than a second beam width at a second power level.

摘要： An outgassing shield (40) for a lamp socket (22) comprises a cup-shaped unit that fits over the end of the socket that penetrates a lamp reflector (12), reducing the temperature upon the socket body and substantially eliminating outgassing. The elimination of the outgassing prevents deleterious buildup of outgassed materials on the reflector surface and the interior of the lens, thereby enhancing light output.

Preferably, the size and resolution provided by the pulses are sufficient to permit legible, and preferably attractive, formation of any standard typewriter characters. In one embodiment, other logos, designs, textures, backgrounds and similar features can be provided.

摘要： An adapter is provided for electrically connecting a printed circuit board to an airbag accelerometer. The adapter includes a leadframe housing to which is joined a leadframe, as, for example, by embedding the leadframe within the leadframe housing during insert molding thereof. 摘要： A toner loading system for use with reprographic machines which reduces powder clouding and minimizes toner spill during loading. A toner cartridge is mountable on a toner housing. The housing includes an opening sized to accept the cartridge. When in a raised position, the cartridge is on top of the housing. When in a lowered position, the cartridge is positioned within the housing through the opening. A removable seal on the bottom of the cartridge includes a long pull tab which can be grasped from above the housing, when the cartridge is lowered, to allow removal of the seal and allow flow of toner from the cartridge to the housing while the cartridge is extended substantially or completely within the housing, thus reducing powder clouding, providing more even toner flow, and reducing mess or spillage. The reduced powder clouding is due to a substantially reduced height from which the toner has to fall when being loaded into the housing.
