摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a power supply circuit including a charge-pumping booster section which uses switching elements provided only by N-channel transistors yet does not have a problem of voltage drop by threshold value. In a booster section (11a), capacitors (C1) and (C2) have their respective first terminals connected with transistors (Q1, Q3) and (Q2, Q4) respectively. Each transistor has its gate terminal supplied with control signals generated in a driver section (11b). The driver section (11b) includes capacitors (C3, C4) connected with input terminals (Ti3, Ti4) for respective supply of clock signals DCK2, DCK2B each having a voltage alternating between −VDD and VDD (VDD represents an input supply voltage from outside), as level-shifted signals of clock signals DCK1, DCK1B which are supplied to second terminals of the capacitors (C1, C2) respectively. In this arrangement, the driver section 11b generates signals each having a voltage alternating between VDD and 3VDD, as the control signals.

摘要: An throttle valve is controlled by using an electric actuator. A cover for covering one end side of the throttle valve shaft is attached to a side wall of a throttle body. A throttle position sensor unit and an electronic control module for controlling the throttle valve is attached to an inner face of the cover. The throttle position sensor and the electronic control module are contiguous to each other and connected at a position contiguous thereto. The cover is provided with a connector portion for external connection of the electronic control module. A group of lead frames constituting terminals of the connector portion are embedded in the cover. Power source is supplied to a motor via the connector portion for external connection, the electronic control module and intermediary connectors provided at the cover. Thereby, by simplifying the cover for protecting the throttle valve. The motor as a drive source and a power transmission apparatus, electric connection lines and connecting portions are integrally assembled. Thereby a motor driving type throttle apparatus can be integrated to an engine by inexpensive fabrication cost, in a compact and simple style and with high reliability.

The position detection means for detecting the position of a control valve, the driven means for controlling the position of the control valve, the means for processing control signals, an output from the position control means for controlling the position of the control valve are disposed within a sealed space defined by a body supporting a control valve shaft, and a cover. Based on the fact that the number of component parts of the position detection means may be reduced, the mechanical hysteresis and electrical hysteresis may also be reduced to improve the accuracy in controlling the control valve position, and it is possible to aggregate the connectors.

摘要: When a voltage level of a pulse-cut first clock signal inputted to a first clock terminal is reversed in the state where a first transistor is turned on and a second transistor is turned off, an anti-reversal circuit including a seventh transistor and an eighth transistor supplies a high voltage VDD to a node n2. In this way, a floating state of the node n2 is avoided, and the voltage level of the node n2 is prevented from being reversed. Accordingly, the second transistor will not be turned on in the interval, whereby electric potential of an output signal is stably maintained.

摘要: In a semiconductor device, a lead frame is adhered to a base substrate for heat dissipation via an insulating layer, and an outward guided terminal portion is formed by perpendicularly upwardly bending an end of the lead frame after the mounting of one or more of power semiconductor elements on the lead frame. A recessed portion is formed beforehand in a portion of the lead frame to be bent, and it is ensured that the lead frame does not adhere to the surface of the base substrate in this recessed portion when the lead frame is adhered to the base substrate via the insulating layer before the bending of the lead frame. By virtue of this structure, manufacturing is simplified and manufacturing costs are reduced.
