摘要： This invention relates to a photographic film cartridge including a spool, a film wound into a roll on the spool with one end connected with the spool, and a cartridge case, the spool extending substantially coaxially with respect to the cartridge case and being carried at the opposite end portions by the opposite end walls of the cartridge case for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the spool, the cartridge case being provided with a film outlet through which the film is fed out and a shielding material on inner surfaces of the film outlet for keeping the interior of the cartridge case shielded from external light, characterized in that at least one adhesive material is provided for detachably adhering a winding of the roll of film to an adjacent winding of the roll of the film.

摘要： A heat-treatment apparatus includes a quartz heat-treatment tube having a vertically set axis in which a heat-treatment gas is supplied from its lower portion, and a quartz cap to be mounted on an upper opening portion of the heat-treatment tube. An opening is formed in a central portion of the cap, a quartz rod is inserted through the opening along the axis of the heat-treatment tube, and semiconductor parts to be heat-treated are held by the rod. A first exhaust duct is formed in a side surface of the heat-treatment tube at a position higher than at least the semiconductor parts held by the rod and exhausts the heat-treatment gas in the heat-treatment tube. A ring-like chamber open toward the inner surface of the cap is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the heat-treatment tube in a position close to the upper opening surface, and a second exhaust duct communicates with this chamber. The chamber communicates with the opening portion formed in the cap in the outer circumferential portion of the rod and communicates with the interior of the heat-treatment tube, thereby exhausting an external air drawn from the opening together with the heat-treatment gas in the heat-treatment tube.

摘要： The positive-working photosensitive composition useful as a material of photoresist comprises, in addition to a film-forming resin, such as a cresol novolak resin, and a photosensitive compound, such as an ester of a polyhydroxy benzophenone and 1,2-naphthoquinonediazido-5-sulfonic acid, an esterification product of curcumin with 1,2-naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid in a limited amount. The photosensitive composition is outstandingly insusceptible to the adverse influence of halation even when the photoresist layer is formed on a highly reflective aluminum-deposited surface of a substrate without decreasing the photosensitivity of the composition to actinic rays in the photolithographic process for the manufacture of semiconductor devices.

摘要： A constant velocity universal joint comprises an outer joint element having grooves on its spherical inner surface. An inner joint element is positioned within the outer joint element and is provided with grooves on its spherical outer surface to form pairs of opposed grooves with the grooves on the outer joint element. A ball is positioned in every pair of opposed grooves and a cage disposed between the two joint elements retains the balls in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the cage. The cage is guided within the outer joint element by a spherical surface on the outer face of the cage and is guided with respect to the inner joint element by a spherical surface on the inner face of the cage. To facilitate assembly in the joint without weakening structural strength of the cage, the cage is provided with transverse notches or grooves in two diagonal positions. Each groove is formed at a ball aperture and has a width and a depth so as to be capable of receiving a ridge between adjacent grooves on the outer joint element.

摘要： Clutch control comprising a first three-way valve which is automatically operated by the accelerator to effect the clutch engaging operation of a clutch control pressure differential operated motor and a second three-way valve which is automatically operated, when the clutch plates contact at a predetermined load, to terminate a relatively fast clutch engaging movement of the clutch plates. The motor is also in part controlled by a bleed valve operative to control the loading of the clutch plates as the clutch plates are moved by a clutch spring into firmer engagement with each other. The bleed valve is operative to repeatedly close and open an air bleed port in response to a signal pulse. A pulse width modulator is provided to vary the pulse width of the signal pulse.
