Abstract: An LED light pipe structure includes a light pipe, a light refraction plate, and a light emitting diode which are integrally formed into one body, so as to enable the light emitting diode inside the light pipe to generate a visible light for illumination, through a voltage of direct-current power source provided by a lamp holder. The visible light for illumination generated by the light emitting diode can be refracted and transmitted in an effective range by the light refraction plate, such that the light pipe can generate an illumination of good brightness and quality. In addition, when the light pipe is emplaced in environment of different illumination, the light emitting diode can be replaced with a light emitter of different light source, through that the light pipe can be fixed separately, such that the light pipe can be provided with functions of illuminating and identifying colors.

Abstract: A source-follower-type analogue buffer with an active load, a new compensating operation and a display with the source-follower-type analogue buffers are developed to reduce an error voltage which is the difference between an input voltage and an output voltage of the analogue buffer. The source-follower type analogue buffer can also minimize the variation from both the charging time and the device characteristics and maximize the range of the input voltage.

Abstract: A soft zoom lens system includes an axially expandable or shrinkable holding portion, a supporting portion, a first lens and a second lens. This holding portion has an inner space, a first end and a second end. The supporting portion is made by a soft material. The first lens is disposed between the first end and the supporting portion. The second lens is disposed between the second end and the supporting portion. When this holding portion is applied by predetermined electricity, it will expand or to shrink axially. So, the curvatures of the first lens and the second lens will be changed. The zooming is performed. The invention's structure is simple. The adjusting of focal length is easy. The production is easy with low cost.

Abstract: A method for preventing wafer surface from bombardment by micro-dust particles during the ion implantation process is disclosed. The method adjusts, in mobile way, the rotation direction of the rotating disk system in association with the inclined direction of the wafer to make the ion-implanting surface, having deep micro-size circuit structure, of the wafer never face the bombardment by the micro-dust particles during the rotation of the rotating disk system. The method includes: adjusting the rotating direction of the rotating disk into clockwise direction. when it comes to performing an implantation at positive inclined angle; and adjusting the rotating direction of the rotating disk into counter-clockwise direction when it comes to performing an implantation at negative inclined angle. In this way, the ion-implanting surface of the wafer will never be bombarded by the micro-dust particles.
