    摘要: An overcurrent protection circuit for an inverter device including three arms each composed of a pair of series connected electric gates, a junction therebetween being connected to a load and opposite ends being connected across a d.c. power source, and adapted to supply a three-phase a.c. power to the load by on-off controlling the electric gates sequentially according to on-off signals of the electric gates supplied from a control circuit. Majority logic circuitry is provided, and stress conditions in the electric gates which receive substantially a stress produced when the electric gates are turned off are detected in order to release these gates from a large stress exerted on the gates when an output short-circuit occurs. The majority logic circuitry control the sequence of turning off the electric gates so that the stress on the detected gate is reduced, to protect the gates from damage due to excess stress on the gates when the output short-circuit occurs.

    摘要: Title information, which contains management information representing the kind or class of document information be recorded and index information representing the title and recording position of each document information, is provided for the recording and retrieving of the document information. When recording document information, title information is reproduced from an index information recording track of a magnetic tape and written in a title memory. A CPU executes an auxiliary decision as to if the management information of the reproduced title information corresponds to any of various management information preliminarily memorized, a first decision as to if the management information of document information newly applied from a keyboard corresponds to the various management information, and a second decision as to if the title applied from the keyboard coincides with a title in the title memory. The CPU inhibits the recording of document information at least one of the auxiliary decision and the first decision is unsatisfied and/or the second decision is satisfied.

    摘要: Repeaters are arranged at arbitrary positions to substantially improve transmission speed of a signal. In the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1, repeater regions 10 where repeaters are provided as relay points for wiring are provided in the central parts of the core power source regions 2, 3 and 5, on the left side of the core power source regions 4 to 8 and at the upper and lower parts of the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1. A power switch region for repeater 11 is formed so as to surround the core power source regions 2 to 8 and the repeater regions 10. The power source lines of the reference potential connected to the repeater regions 10 are laid out at equally spaced intervals throughout the core power source regions 2 to 8, which enables the repeater regions 10 to be flexibly laid out. This permits the repeaters to be more effectively arranged, which improves the performances of semiconductor integrated circuit device 1.
