摘要： A bulb socket including a center electrode contact and a side electrode contact, each having elastic contact members at the forward end thereof, and a socket body wherein a bulb insertion portion and an electrode contact housing are formed having an inclination angle. The electrode contact housing includes a center electrode contact housing chamber and a side electrode contact housing chamber inclined relative to the bulb insertion portion. Each contact housing chamber has flexible retaining members retaining engaging portions of corresponding electrode contacts. Thus, the ease of assembling the bulb socket can be improved.

摘要： A vehicular headlamp in which the degree of freedom in the arrangement of the two aiming points and the pivot point is large. An inclination member with a light reflecting surface which establishes an axis of irradiation of the headlamp is supported at one pivot point fixed in position with respect to a reference member and two aiming points which are engaged with two aiming screws supported by the reference member in such a manner that the distances of the two aiming points from the reference member are adjusted by turning the respective aiming screws. The one pivot point and two aiming points are positioned at the vertices of a triangle which has one side which is horizontal as viewed from the front, and the inclination member is swung about an inclination axis passing through the pivot point by turning the two aiming screws, so that the direction of the axis of irradiation of the lamp is adjusted.

摘要： An internal combustion engine includes a crank shaft having a crank web, a crank pin on one end of the crank web, and a weight on an opposite end of the crank web, a crank case supporting the crank shaft therein, a cylinder, a piston reciprocally fitted in the cylinder, a rod coupled to the piston by a piston pin and connecting the piston to the crank pin for reciprocally moving the piston in the cylinder, the crank case having an opening and extending obliquely to axes of the crank shaft and the cylinder. The cylinder has an end corresponding to a bottom dead center of the piston and having a first recess opening toward the opening, the first recess being of a size allowing the piston pin to pass therethrough when the piston is in the bottom dead center. The weight on the crank web has on one side a second recess of a shape defining with the end of the cylinder a space allowing the piston as disconnected from the rod to pass therethrough.

摘要： Improved decompression-type, four-cycle internal-combustion engine which has the conventional compression chamber, reciprocable piston, and intake valve therein; comprising, in accordance with the invention, means for delaying the closing time of the valve, in the course of the compression stroke, with the piston moving upwards, for obtaining reduced compression pressure; and means for closing the valve to its at least nearly closed condition within the closing delay period. When an area corresponding to the fixing member in the orthogonal projection of the image pickup module with respect to the cover module is defined as a fixed area, the through-hole electrodes and the connection members are arranged in the fixed area.
