This liquid light-sensitive resin composition can form a bubble-free light-sensitive resin layer of a uniform thickness on a printed circuit board; allows both of photohardening and thermohardening by heating the printed circuit board, on which the light-sensitive resin composition has been applied, prior to the exposure so as to lower the tackiness of the surface coated with the light-sensitive resin composition and adhering the film and a pattern mask followed by exposure; is highly sensitive; gives a film excellent in electrical properties, mechanical properties and chemical resistance after hardening; and can be developed with an alkaline aqueous solution.

A bright and large information capacity projection-type multi-color liquid crystal display is realized by a display device which includes a liquid crystal panel having a plurality of layers of cholesteric-nematic phase transition type liquid crystals having a positive dielectric anisotropy and phase transition hysterisis when a voltage is applied. The liquid crystals are driven to be in homeotropic and focalconic textures which are maintained when at a certain voltage is applied thereto. A desired color of the projected display can be obtained by selecting a thickness of the liquid crystal layer and a refractive index anisotropy of the liquid crystal of the liquid crystal layers.

A cholesteric-nematic phase transition type liquid crystal with positive dielectric anisotropy is used in a projection type liquid crystal display device. This allows a bright and high information contents display with a compact, light, and low cost device and allows machinery input and thus simultaneous display at remote places, such as remote conference rooms or remote notice boards, in bright locations.

A first correction unit that corrects spherical aberration of a high density DVD is composed of the two groups and a second correction unit that corrects aberration of a conventional DVD is composed of the first group of concentric electrodes (44). In the case of correcting the aberration of the conventional DVD, the independent concentric electrode (36) is supplied with a voltage between the voltages respectively supplied to adjacent concentric electrodes (35), (37). In the case of correcting the aberration of the high density DVD, the independent concentric electrode (36) is supplied with a voltage equal to the voltage supplied to the concentric electrode immediately lateral thereto (37).
