摘要: The present invention provides a method for slicing a silicon single crystal ingot having a plane direction (110) by a wire saw to manufacture a (110) silicon wafer, wherein slicing is performed in such a manner that each angle formed between a traveling direction of a wire in the wire saw and a [−112 ] direction and a [1-12] direction in the (110) silicon single crystal ingot or a direction crystallographically equivalent to the directions exceeds 30°. As a result, the method for manufacturing the (110) silicon wafer that can suppress occurrence of breaking at the time of slicing and improve a production yield ratio can be provided.

摘要: There are provided a body, a rotor, a free motion spacer including a group of spacer sections arranged circularly between the body and the rotor and a reverse guide section in which a guide face is provided to be opposed to a roller in the group of spacer sections in the circumferential direction to form a reverse insert section and capable of turning with rotation of the rotor, and a flat cable which is reversed by inserting the reverse section into the reverse insert section in the free motion spacer and is wound around the outer and inner peripheral sides of the group of spacer sections where ribs 45 and 47 project from a wall face at the opposing side of a guide face toward the roller adjacent to the wall face in the circumferential direction of the reverse guide section, and a projection 49 for the stopper is provided in the rib, whereby when the reverse section of the flat cable is erroneously assembled between the wall face and the roller adjacent to the wall face, the reverse section runs on the rib and the projection can restrict the reverse section to fall down from the rib.

摘要: The present invention provides a vehicle display device which can display fuel consumption information of a vehicle in a useful and optimum mode for a driver. A meter_EUC calculates an instantaneous fuel consumption of a vehicle based on a mileage and a fuel injection quantity within a set time, calculates an average fuel consumption of the vehicle based on respective cumulative values of the mileage and the fuel injection quantity repeatedly calculated for every set time, and displays the deviation of the instantaneous fuel consumption with respect to the average fuel consumption as fuel consumption information on a fuel consumption meter. The display on the fuel consumption meter is performed by swinging a pointer with respect to a neutral position. When the deviation takes a positive value, the pointer is swung in the pulse direction with a swinging width corresponding to the deviation quantity, while when the deviation takes a negative value, the pointer is swung in the minus direction with a swinging width corresponding to the deviation quantity.

摘要: A rotary connector includes a stationary housing, a rotative housing, a rotative holder, floating spacers, and flat cables. The flat cables provide a low-current path to a steering wheel of a vehicle. The rotary connector also includes a slip ring mechanism to provide a large-current path to electrical apparatuses on the steering wheel. The slip ring mechanism includes annular stationary contacts, annular movable contacts, and floating contacts. The annular stationary contacts are provided on the stationary housing and oppose the floating spacers to extend along a path of pivotal movement thereof. The annular movable contacts are provided on the rotative housing and oppose the floating spacers to extend along the path of pivotal movement thereof. The movable contacts are connected to electrical apparatuses on the steering wheel side. The floating contacts are provided on the floating spacers and are in resilient contact with the stationary contacts and the movable contacts.

摘要: An ingot 9 is sliced to wafers by a wire 5 which travels around grooved rollers 1 to 3. A tension applied to the wire 5 is detected by tension sensors 21, while vertical displacement of dancer rollers 19 is detected by position sensors 20. At least one of a fluctuation gap of the tension, a fluctuating velocity of the tension, an acceleration of the fluctuation, vertical movement of the dancer rollers 19, a velocity of the vertical movement and acceleration of the vertical movement is calculated from the detection results, and compared with a threshold in a calculating circuit 23 to judge a sign predicting abnormal increase of the tension. When the predicting signal appears, a command signal is outputted from the calculating circuit 22 to a controller 23 to stop operation of a wire-sawing machine or to relax the wire 5. Since rupture of the wire 5 is prevented in bud, a wire-sawing machine is efficiently driven for slicing the ingot 9 with a high productivity.
