摘要: A dozing system for use in a bulldozer, having the capability of estimating a loading ratio (the ratio of soil loaded on the blade to the loading capacity of the blade) with high accuracy so that a mode shift from digging to carrying can be stably performed. Data pieces each representing the digging distance of the bulldozer and the associated loading ratio are obtained from n previous dozing operations and stored. The average of the stored data pieces obtained from n operations is calculated and according to the average, data representative of a digging distance and its associated loading ratio obtained from the present dozing operation is compensated.

摘要: The content of spherulites of polyethylene resins is reduced by contact of the polyethylene resin while it is molten with lithium carbonate which is in a subdivided form and is dispersed in the molten polyethylene resin or which is in a form of a block and is removed from the polyethylene resin after the contact. The dispersed lithium carbonate can be removed with the reduced spherulite content preserved.

摘要: A glass fiber forming composition exhibits a remarkably high dielectric constant .epsilon..sub..GAMMA. as well as superior chemical resistance, yet it is readily spun into glass fibers. The composition is characterized to show a devitrification temperature which is lower than a spinning temperature at which the glass composition exhibits a viscosity of 10.sup.2.5 poise, so as to be readily spun into corresponding glass fibers. The composition consists essentially of 40 to 65 mol % of SiO.sub.2 ; 20 to 45 mol % of at least one component selected from the group consisting of MgO, CaO, SrO and BaO; 5 to 25 mol % of at least one component selected from the group consisting of TiO.sub.2 and ZrO.sub.2 ; and 0.5 to 15 mol % of NbO.sub.5/2 as calculated from an incorporated amount of Nb.sub.2 O.sub.5. 摘要: The known method of endurance test in which a test load is repeatedly applied to a test member, is improved in that in the first test loading cycle an overload is intentionally applied to the test member, but in the second and subsequent test loading cycles a load smaller than that applied in the first cycle is applied to the test member. Owing to such improvement, an endurance test can be accomplished within a shorter period of time without being accompanied by any danger.

摘要: An engine output control system is for a work vehicle composed of an engine, a travel device and a power transmission unit, the power transmission unit including a torque converter and transmitting an output of the engine to the travel device via the torque converter. The engine output control system includes a speed ratio computation portion and an engine output reduction control portion. The speed ratio computation portion is configured and arranged to compute a speed ratio of the torque converter. The engine output reduction control portion is configured and arranged to reduce an output torque of the engine without changing a target speed of the engine when the computed speed ratio is equal to or less than a speed ratio threshold set in advance. The speed ratio threshold is a speed ratio at which a torque ratio of the torque converter is greater than a torque ratio corresponding to a maximum efficiency.

摘要: The work vehicle includes a braking device, a lubricant feeding section, and a controlling section. The controlling section configured to execute a first control in which an amount of the lubricant fed to the braking device is controlled based on a temperature of a rotating member of the braking device. The controlling section sets the amount of the lubricant to a predetermined first feed amount when the braking device is in a braking state, calculates the temperature of the rotating member, and makes a decision in the first control, based on the calculated temperature of the rotating member, to change the amount of the lubricant from the first feed amount to a second feed amount, which is smaller than the first feed amount, when the braking device is switched from the braking state to a non-braking state.
