摘要: The bond strength of composite articles of rubber adhered to ferrous metal substrates through an adhesive is substantially improved at ambient and elevated temperatures by depositing a specified amount of a layer of copper on said ferrous metal substrate, applying an adhesive thereover comprising an interpolymer containing about 50 to about 99% by weight of a conjugated diene, about 1-45% by weight of a heterocyclic base and 0 to about 40% by weight of at least one additional copolymerizable monomer, thereafter contacting said adhesive with the rubbber to be bonded and bonding by heat and pressure.

摘要: Provided is a touch panel system (1) capable of reliably removing a wide variety of noises. The touch panel system (1) includes a main sensor (31) which detects a touch operation, a sub sensor (32) which does not detect a touch operation but detects a noise component, and a subtracting section (41) which subtracts, from an output signal of the main sensor (31), an output signal of the sub sensor (32). The subtracting section (41) performs a subtracting operation to remove a noise component from the output signal of the main sensor (31), thereby extracting a signal derived from the touch operation itself.

摘要: In a digital camera, a GPS receiver acquires latitude-longitude data, and the data are stored in a storage block while being added to data pertaining to a photographed image. When the thus-acquired latitude-longitude data show a neighborhood of a previously-registered home, an image processing block converts the latitude-longitude data into null data and stores the image data into the storage block while adding text data “Home” to the null data. When the acquired latitude-longitude data do not show any neighborhood of the home, the data are saved in the storage block while accuracy of the data is maintained.

摘要: A manufacturing method of composite material member includes a step of shaping a laminate including laminated prepreg sheets along a mold. The laminate includes a first layer in which fibers are oriented in single direction. In the first layer, a first surface crossing the single direction and a second surface crossing the single direction are confronted each other such that the first surface and the second surface face each other. Since the fibers are discontinuous between the first surface and the second surface, the laminate is easily shaped and wrinkles are hard to be generated in a composite material member to be manufactured from the laminate.

摘要: In a heat exchanger including a plurality of tubes 1 through which a first fluid passes, a housing 2 in which the tubes 1 are installed, and sealing members for sealing a second fluid that flows over surfaces of the tubes 1, the housing 2 includes an inlet 4 for introducing the second fluid therein and a first outlet 5 and second outlets 6 for discharging the second fluid, and the sealing members include a first sealing member 3a positioned on one of end sides of the tubes 1, a second sealing member 3b positioned on the other end side of the tubes 1, and a third sealing member 3c positioned between the first and second sealing members 3a and 3b. The third sealing member 3c is provided so that a gap 7 is provided between the first sealing member 3a and the third sealing member 3c while another gap 7 is provided between the second sealing member 3b and the third sealing member 3c, and that a flow path for the second fluid is formed therein. The second outlets 6 are provided so as to be connected to the gaps 7.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an angle variable mechanism includes: a fixed unit that has guide surfaces and coaxial shaft portions; a movable unit that includes an outer surface, a concave portion having side surfaces, guide grooves, and notches; and a lock member that is swingably supported with the fixed unit and interposed between the side surfaces. The lock member has convex portions. The convex portions are slidably fitted to the guide grooves through the notches. Each of the convex portions has end portions. A length of the convex portion between the end portions is larger than an opening width of each of the notches. The end portion is formed thinner than another end portion, so that a gap is formed between the end portion and an inner surface of the guide groove.
