A gap flow channel communicates with an in-electrode flow channel at a position closest to a seal jig, the gap flow channel being adapted to introduce a treatment liquid to the cylinder inner wall surface, the in-electrode flow channel being adapted to receive the treatment liquid having passed through a communicating hole. The present invention is provided a method for pretreating before plating a cylinder block including disposing an electrode to face the cylinder inner wall surface so as to form a gap flow channel, and introducing a treatment liquid to the gap flow channel thereby flowing through the treatment liquid toward a seal jig and then into an in-electrode flow channel through a communicating hole.

    摘要: When forming fins and heat transfer tubes by aluminum material, a pressure loss in the tube does not increase and a heat exchanger can be provided having heat transfer performance equal to or higher than a copper tube. The heat exchanger includes fins made of an aluminum material having a low deformation resistance and heat transfer tubes made of an aluminum material having a higher deformation resistance than the aluminum material forming the fins, and on whose internal surface the groove is provided to penetrate the fin to be fixed. It is also arranged that the tube axial direction (a) of the inner surface of the heat transfer tube and the direction (b) of the groove provided on the internal surface of the heat transfer tube are substantially parallel. In this case, the groove direction (b) forms an angle of 0 degrees to 2 degrees with respect to the tube axial direction (a) of the inner surface of the heat transfer tube. The depth of the groove of the heat transfer tube after tube expansion is 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm, and the top width of the ridge top portion is 0.08 mm to 0.18 mm. Further, the number of grooves of the heat transfer tube 20 is 40 to 60, and an apex angle α is 5 degrees to 20 degrees.

Heat exchanger tubes are inserted into the fins to form rows along a longitudinal direction of the fins connected to each other along the airflow direction, to form refrigerant channels. A branch portion is provided to connection portions of the heat exchanger tubes to increase or decrease the number of paths in the refrigerant channels. Refrigerant flows through each of the refrigerant channels passing through paths mutually different at least at one portion between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlets, flows along one direction from the windward-side row to the leeward-side row, or from the leeward-side row to the windward-side row in the airflow direction, in sequence between rows. One-path portion is provided in the most windward-side row heat exchanger tubes. The fins are in close contact with a refrigerant outlet case when the heat exchanger is operated as a condenser, and a connection piping are thermally separated by separation means.

Herein, the refrigerant flowing through each of a plurality of the refrigerant channels passing through paths mutually different at least at one portion between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlets, flows along one direction from the windward-side row to the leeward-side row, or from the leeward-side row to the windward-side row in the airflow direction, in sequence between rows. Here, one-path portion is provided in the most windward-side row heat exchanger tubes. Furthermore, the fins 1 in close contact with a refrigerant outlet 18 in the case when the heat exchanger 15 is operated as a condenser, and a connection piping 16c are thermally separated by separation means 21.
