Functional blocks on either the first or second blocks can be accessed for testing by way of the TSVs. In some applications the TSVs are vertically aligned to form TSV stacks.

    摘要: In an embodiment, a system includes a memory controller, processors and corresponding caches. The system may include sources of uncertainty that prevent the precise scheduling of data forwarding for a load operation that misses in the processor caches. The memory controller may provide an early response that indicates that data should be provided in a subsequent clock cycle. An interface unit between the memory controller and the caches/processors may predict a delay from a currently-received early response to the corresponding data, and may speculatively prepare to forward the data assuming that it will be available as predicted. The interface unit may monitor the delays between the early response and the forwarding of the data, or at least the portion of the delay that may vary. Based on the measured delays, the interface unit may modify the subsequently predicted delays.

    摘要: Hybrid elements that enable coupling effects between SPH particles and FEM solid are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, hybrid elements are configured to facilitate coupling effect of solid element based on finite element method (FEM) and one or more corresponding particles based on smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH). Hybrid elements are defined in a computer aided engineering (CAE) grid model as a buffer or interface between the SPH particles and FEM solids. For example, a portion of the grid model comprises SPH particles because the likelihood of enduring large deformation, while the rest of the model comprises FEM solid elements. Hybrid elements are placed between the solids and the particles. Each hybrid element comprises two layers: solid layer and particle layer.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for intermittently producing 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexyl methane (H12MDA) with a low amount of the trans-trans isomer thereof, which comprises: controlling the reaction process by stopping the reaction when, except for a solvent, the reaction solution comprises MDA of 0-5 wt % and H6MDA of 1-20 wt %; and b) separating the reaction solution obtained from step a) by conventional means to obtain H12MDA product with desired purity, and allowing the un-reacted material and intermediate product to be recycled to the reactor after being accumulated. The method of the present invention decreases the amount of the trans-trans isomer in H12MDA, increases the yield of the reaction, and reduces the production cost. The present invention also provides a post treatment process of the reaction mixture.
