摘要： An apparatus for wet heat treating a cloth continuously in a high pressure steamer provided with a plurality of guide rolls alternately disposed in upper and lower positions for transporting a cloth to be treated in a zigzag path through the steamer body, comprising providing a liquid seal tank in an inlet side seal mechanism of the steamer body for applying a treating solution to the cloth initially and a plurality of treating solution applying tanks having different heights positioned below the liquid seal tank and immersing respectively one of the lower guide rolls therein for applying the treating solution to the cloth after the initial application, and repeatedly while the cloth is wet heat treated. The bottoms of the liquid seal tank and the treating solution applying tanks are connected to the lower tanks by means of liquid pipes, and a slow cooling tank is provided in an outlet side seal mechanism of the steamer body for cooling the cloth slowly with water. A plurality of prewashing tanks with the construction as in the treating solution applying tanks is provided for washing the cloth initially and repeatedly by utilizing the cooling water. The liquid tank in the inlet side seal mechanism of the steamer body may be substituted with a treating solution tank positioned out of the steamer body. Continuous wet heat treatment of a long cloth can be done uniformly and effectively.

摘要： Methods for wet heat treating a textile product continuously in a high pressure steamer provided with a seal mechanism respectively at the cloth inlet and the cloth outlet of the steamer body, comprising (1) soaking a textile product to be treated with a treating solution in a liquid seal tank provided in the inlet side seal mechanism of the steamer body and wet heat treating the resultant textile product continuously in the steamer body while soaking the textile product further occasionally with the treating solution overflowing from the liquid seal tank into one or more liquid apply tanks for repeating steaming and boiling alternately, (2) wet heat treating a textile product previously soaked with a treating solution continuously in the steamer body and then prewashing the thus wet heat treated textile product continuously in the steamer body with the use of high temperature washing water overflowing from a slow cooling tank provided in the outlet side seal mechanism of the steamer body, and (3) the combination of (1) and (2), and apparatuses therefor.

摘要： A device for continuously impregnating a cloth material with a dye solution or a resin liquid or the like. The device includes a tubular cloth material passage measuring at least 400 mm in length and has an opening which is slightly wider than the breadth of the cloth material in transverse width and measures about 3 mm in longitudinal width. A liquid supply mechanism adjoins the cloth material inlet of the cloth material passage; and wringer rolls are provided in the vicinity of the outlet of the cloth material passage. Within the liquid supply mechanism, a pair of weir plates is provided each of which is disposed on an opposite side of the cloth material passing through the liquid supply mechanism. The weir plates are arranged to permit the adjustment of the gap between them for allowing the cloth material to pass therethrough.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for carrying out a continuous cloth material treating process through a high pressure steamer drum body which is capable of keeping a high humid heat within it and permits entrance into and exit therefrom of a cloth material to be treated in a continuous manner. An arrangement of one or a plurality of liquid flow tanks is provided inside the high pressure steamer drum body to effect conveyance of the cloth material through the inside of the liquid flow tank arrangement by means of a liquid flow which takes place there. 摘要： A method for continuously dyeing a thick textile material such as a blanket or carpet material or the like. The thick textile material is arranged to be continuously pulled upward and guided over a slanting plate from a lower position to a higher position. A nozzle tube is arranged to spray a dye solution at the thick textile material in an atomized state while the textile material is on the move being guided upward along the slanting plate. The spraying quantity of the dye solution discharged out of the nozzle tube is set to have all of the sprayed quantity of the dye solution absorbed by the thick textile material without having any superfluous portion of the solution flowing down and yet to ensure sufficient impregnation of the textile material with the dye solution. The textile material impregnated with the dye solution is further continuously fowarded and passed through a hygro-thermic treatment chamber and a water washing device.

摘要： A sealing device in a high pressure steamer which includes a pressure reducing chamber disposed between a cloth material inlet port of a drum body of the steamer and rubber seal rolls. The sealing device further includes a high pressure air supply pipe connected to the pressure reducing chamber; heat resistant seal rolls disposed beneath the pressure reducing chamber at a cloth passing port provided in the pressure reducing chamber on the side of the drum body of the steamer, the heat resistant seal rolls being provided for the purpose of making the pressure reducing chamber into a high pressure air chamber preventing the steam inside the steamer drum body from coming into the chamber; and a water reservoir which is formed with the frame thereof disposed close to each of the rubber seal rolls to cover about 1/4 of the circumference of the rubber seal roll. The surfaces of the rubber seal rolls are constantly washed clean by the water contained in the water reservoir and by other cleaning means.
