摘要： An apparatus for continuously applying a treating solution as foam to a cloth, comprising a U-shaped foam tank for storing foam of a treating solution such as a dye solution supplied from an apparatus for generating foam of the treating solution, guide rolls for transporting a cloth to be treated continuously through the foam tank so as to adhere the foam of the treating solution to the cloth while the cloth is passing through the foam tank, and a means for controlling the amount of foam adhered to the cloth in taking out the cloth from the foam tank. By using this apparatus, a necessary and sufficient amount of the treating solution for the subsequent heat treatment of the cloth can be applied to the cloth uniformly with no need of removing the excess of treating solution and/or solvent from the cloth prior to the heat treatment.

摘要： A method for setting and pretreating a cloth by a continuous process which comprises supplying a long cloth soaked with a treating solution continuously into a steamer body by piling up several sheets one on top of the other, separating these sheets, and then steaming each cloth while applying a high temperature treating solution thereto and widening the sheets for setting the cloth. Then the cloth is steamed by piling up the sheets once again during application of the high temperature treating solution still further thereto for pretreatment of the cloth. Then with the use of washing water, the cloth is washed and then finally taken out of the steamer body. A long cloth can effectively and economically be set and pretreated while sparing heat energy and water resource.

摘要： An automatic pressure control apparatus for an end-face seal plate in a seal mechanism of a high pressure steamer for wet-heat treatment of a textile product comprising; a seal mechanism having a pair of seal rubber rolls located above a hole in the high pressure steamer body, through which the cloth is passed for the purpose of sealing said hole, a seal block for supporting the seal rubber rolls which are freely rotatable, an end-face seal plate supported by the seal block, in pressure contact with the seal rubber rolls and the end face of the seal block so as to be freely slidable in the axial direction of the seal rubber rolls, an end-face seal plate support fitting for support of the end-face seal plate, a pressure control screw supported by means of a support fitting fixed to the seal block so as to be freely slidable in the axial direction of the seal rubber rolls, and a press-down plate movable in the axial direction of the seal rubber rolls by means of the pressure control screw, a pressure detector provided between the press-down plate and the end face of the seal rubber rolls for detecting the contact pressure between the end faces of the seal rubber rolls and the end-face seal plate, and an operation mechanism driven by means of a pressurized fluid to move said pressure control screw back and forth, thus allowing the end faces of the seal rubber rolls to make contact with the end-face seal plate under an appropriate amount of pressure, and a modification thereof.

摘要： An apparatus for treating a cloth continuously with the use of low-temperature plasma comprising a reactor provided with seal mechanisms, a plurality of cloth guide rolls provided up and down in the reactor for transporting a cloth zigzag forming snaky undulations, a plurality of partition walls provided up and down alternately in the reactor for forming zigzag cloth passages to transport the cloth therebetween, a gas supply opening provided in the vicinity of the cloth outlet for jetting a gas to the zigzag cloth passages, a pair of electrode plates provided in adjacent to the gas supply opening for producing low-temperature plasma with the combined use of high frequency electric wave applied thereto and the gas jetted from the gas supply opening, and a vacuum duct provided in the vicinity of the cloth inlet of the reactor. It is preferable further to provide a plurality of electrode pairs in the reactor by putting the zigzag cloth passages therebetween. The treatment of a cloth, for instance souring and finishing, can be done eminently with the use of this apparatus.

摘要： A method of and apparatus for continuous delustering high temperature treatment of a textile product comprising including subjecting a textile product such as yarns, a strip and a cloth to be treated to steaming while transporting the textile product continuously through a steamer body maintained with a high temperature wet heat under an elevated pressure by means of a plurality of guide rolls provided in the steamer body, and the steaming of the textile product is done in the presence of a water film between each of the guide rolls and the textile product guided therewith. Continuous processings of a textile product, such as pretreatment, dyeing and weight reduction, can be done effectively by preventing the occurrence of lustering and flattening of the textile product.

摘要： For wet-heat treating a knitted fabric in a high pressure steamer, a knitted fabric is subjected alternately and repeatedly to a soaking process with a treating solution to permeate the treating solution in the fabric under pressure and to a steaming process of the fabric while transporting the fabric continuously through the steamer body under no tension. The knitted fabric is soaked with the treating solution uniformly and sufficiently up to the interior thereof, so that the treatment of a knitted cloth can be done uniformly to produce a product with excellent quality.

摘要： A method for continuous weight reduction and mercerization of a cloth material. The cloth material which is impregnated with a caustic liquid is first treated with humid heat in a no tension condition to effect reduction in weight and then the cloth material is brought into frictional contact with friction rolls under the same humid heat to mercerize the cloth material in a continuous manner. The method is carried out within a high pressure steamer drum body in which the high humid heat is maintained. A group of rolls are arranged within the fore half portion of the high pressure steamer drum body to convey the cloth material in the no tension condition. In the hind half of the drum body, there are arranged a group of guide rolls to further convey the cloth material with a predetermined degree of tension applied thereto. Some of the group of guide rolls are driven at a variable speed to bring the cloth material into frictional content with them.
