摘要: The present invention provides a trench gate Tr having a first gate electrode and a second gate electrode in the inside of a groove. The first gate electrode is provided in a groove lower part defining a channel of the Tr with a gate oxide film interposed between the first gate electrode and the substrate. The second gate electrode is provided in a groove upper part facing a Tr impurity diffusion layer, with a gate oxide film and a groove side wall film interposed between the second gate electrode and the groove upper part. The provision of the composite film consisting of the gate oxide film and the groove side wall between gate electrode and the substrate in the groove upper part enables reduction of the parasitic capacitance of the gate electrode.

摘要: Two correlation signals which are obtained by computing correlations between two reference signals and a reception signal are inputted to a level-0 cell, the reference signals being generated on the basis of combinations of crosstalk coefficients. A level-1 soft judgment target signal is produced by using soft judgment target signals that are outputted by two sets of level-0 cells respectively and, similarly, a level (N+1) cell is formed by using two sets of level-N cells, whereby a soft judgment target signal creation portion with a hierarchical structure is constituted. A judgment unit outputs a soft judgment value of the target subchannel on the basis of the soft judgment target signal that is outputted by the level (N+1) cell, and judges a reception signal.

摘要: The present invention includes a no-response detecting unit, an interference channel detecting unit, a post-transmission stop time setting unit, and a transmission control unit. The no-response detecting unit performs carrier sense. Then, after communication from an open channel is started, the no-response detecting unit detects the communication state with the tag. The interference channel detecting unit performs carrier sense on all channels, detects a channel with a high interference level, and outputs the detected channel to an external control device, when the no-response detecting unit detects that the communication state is degraded. The post-transmission stop time setting unit updates and sets the stop time after transmission (Tsleep) when an interferer notification, notifying that the tag communication device is an interferer, is given by the control device. The transmission control unit notifies the control device of the channel used at the start of the transmission to the tag. In addition, following the transmission to the tag, the transmission control unit starts the carrier sense after transmission is stopped for the post-transmission stop time (Tsleep).

Then, the TFT substrate 30 and the CF substrate 40 are arranged such that top end portions of the projection pattern 45 on the CF substrate 40 are brought into contact with the TFT substrate 30. Then, the liquid crystal 49 having the negative dielectric anisotropy is sealed between them. 摘要: A printer in which difference in color tone or contrast between a picture displayed on a display and a picture printed by the printer device is suppressed to a minimum. The display is preferably integrated with the printer. The printer includes an image data inputting unit for receiving input image information, e.g., by reading image data from a digital storage medium or from film, and providing digital image data based thereupon. Display outputting circuitry outputs an image signal corresponding to the digital image data to the display. A picture printing unit prints an image corresponding to the digital image data on a recording medium. A characteristics correction unit corrects a display setting prescribing display image properties of the display and a printing characteristics setting prescribing printing picture properties of the printing unit, so that color tone and/or contrast of the displayed and printed pictures are equalized. The printer also preferably includes circuitry for automatically correcting a tilt of a picture, e.g., tilt of an object in a photograph.

Normal memory mats are arranged in a predetermined direction and each comprises smaller sized memory cells such as 6F2 cells. Two end memory mats are arranged to sandwich the normal memory mats in the predetermined direction and comprises larger sized memory cells such as 8F2 cells.
