    Abstract: A process debug method used to identify at least one excursive machine in a manufacturing process comprising the following steps: First, a series of validity identification data is collected, and the serial validity identification data is associated with its pathway to obtain a plurality of validity identification data sequences in corresponding to the machines. Subsequently, a sorting process is conducted to cluster the validity identification data sequence into several groups, and the clustered groups are ranked into a first order. The validity identification data sequences are subjected a continuity analysis to determine the continuity of the defects occurring in a particular machine. And the continuities of the machines involved in a particular group are ranked into a second order. Accordingly, the excursive machines causing the defective end products in the manufacturing process can be identified by the way of joining the second orders according to the first order.

    Abstract: An LED light pipe structure includes a light pipe, a light refraction plate, and a light emitting diode which are integrally formed into one body, so as to enable the light emitting diode inside the light pipe to generate a visible light for illumination, through a voltage of direct-current power source provided by a lamp holder.The visible light for illumination generated by the light emitting diode can be refracted and transmitted in an effective range by the light refraction plate, such that the light pipe can generate an illumination of good brightness and quality.     Abstract: A method for preventing wafer surface from bombardment by micro-dust particles during the ion implantation process is disclosed. The method adjusts, in mobile way, the rotation direction of the rotating disk system in association with the inclined direction of the wafer to make the ion-implanting surface, having deep micro-size circuit structure, of the wafer never face the bombardment by the micro-dust particles during the rotation of the rotating disk system. The method includes: adjusting the rotating direction of the rotating disk into clockwise direction. when it comes to performing an implantation at positive inclined angle; and adjusting the rotating direction of the rotating disk into counter-clockwise direction when it comes to performing an implantation at negative inclined angle.
