    摘要: An LED lamp includes a first LED string and a second LED string connected in parallel to each other and a variable resistor connected in series with one of the first and second LED strings. The first LED string provides a first color temperature. The LED string provides a second color temperature difference from the first color temperature. The variable resistor includes a resistance track with resistance coils wound thereon and a slider moveable along the resistance track. When a position of the slider of the variable resistor is changed, an electric current flowing through the one of the first and second strings is changed accordingly to adjust the color temperature of the LED lamp.

    摘要: An LED light emitting device includes a lamp housing, an LED light emitting component thermally attached to the lamp housing, a power source driver for providing electric energy for the LED light emitting component, and a temperature sensor attached to the lamp housing for sensing a surface temperature of an outer surface of the lamp housing. When the value of the surface temperature is smaller than a predetermined temperature value, the temperature sensor outputs a control signal to the power source driver to control the power source driver to supply a larger electric current to the LED light emitting component, and the LED light emitting component generates more heat to the lamp housing to increase the surface temperature thereof.

Light from the lighting source is projected to different predetermined areas by adjusting positions of the optical element relative to the lighting source. In each of the positions of the optical element, the light from the lighting source is modulated by a corresponding portion of the optical element to be projected to a corresponding predetermined area.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a pixel array is provided. A first metal layer is formed over a substrate. The metal layer is patterned to form a plurality of data lines and a plurality of drain patterns adjacent to each data line. The data lines and the drain patterns are separated from each other. An oxide semiconductor layer and a first insulation layer covering the oxide semiconductor layer are formed over the substrate. A second metal layer is formed on the first insulation layer and patterned to form a plurality of scan lines intersected with the data lines and the drain patterns. By using the scan lines as a mask, the oxide semiconductor layer and the first insulation layer are patterned to form a plurality of oxide semiconductor channels located under each scan line. Each oxide semiconductor channel is located between one data line and one drain pattern.

The light source includes at least one light emitting diode and an optical element optically coupled to the light emitting diode. The included angles between the light from the optical element and the road surface are asymmetric at the opposite sides of the light source. The light source and the solar cell are encapsulated in the transparent packing.

    摘要: An illumination device for illuminating a road includes a lamp holder and a light source. The lamp holder has an inner surface and a cavity defined by the inner surface. The light source is arranged in the cavity, and light emitted from the light source is redirected by the lamp holder to establish an illuminating area on the road. The illuminating area is consisted of a first angular range and a second angular range which are located at two opposite sides of the lamp holder along a lengthwise direction of the road.     摘要: An LED lamp includes a lamp post, an illumination unit fixed on the lamp post, and a generator disposed in the lamp post and coupled to the illumination unit electrically. The lamp post defines an airflow passage along a longitudinal direction thereof. The airflow passage communicates with an outer environment. The generator is adapted for converting wind energy to electric energy, and includes a rotary turbine arranged in the airflow passage. The rotary turbine includes a hub and a plurality of blades around the hub. Each of the blades includes a top face and an opposite bottom face. The top face and the bottom face are symmetric to a plane which extends through opposite connecting edges of the top and bottom faces and is perpendicular to a rotary axis of the turbine.
